We are very pleased to welcome you to our Beautiful 5* Star 'Spacious', 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Vacation home in Candy Palm Road, Paradise Palms, which is only minutes away from Orlando's major attractions. Our South Facing pool beach style home is one of the larger homes in Paradise Palms and is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard with flat screen LCD TVs in each room with movie channels etc, Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans and fully Air Conditioned

The Kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge Freezer / Ice Maker, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Dishwasher, Mixer, Electric Can opener, Waste disposal unit, Washing machine & dryer etc

The Bedrooms with their king size beds are beautiful and spacious. The Bathrooms with Bathtub & Showers and his & her sink units also are supplied with Hairdryers.

Our south facing home also comes with Covered Lanai, with a private courtyard with splash pool for sunbathing, swimming and outdoor dining.

The Paradise Palm resort club has a manned gated security entrance bordered on both sides by a tropical lagoon complete with fountains and rock waterfalls. Located in the heart of the resort is the Main pool which is overlooked by a 10,000 Square foot state of the art club house facility. The club house contains a Tiki bar for food and drinks, gift shop, Internet Cafe, Business centre, Sauna, Fitness Centre with lcd televisions and towel service, a complete concierge service that can provide discounted attraction tickets, transport,reservation, tee times and much more, Movie theater, indor play area for small children, enourmous recreation room for older children & adults housing pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, football tables, electronic darts and an array of video games. Outside you will discover a tropical lagoon zoero entry pool complete with slide, waterfalls, fountains, twin spa's and grotto. adjacent to the pool you will find a tot pool complete with water toys, an expansive deck as well as Tiki bar and grill.

Sport fans will love the many options that paradise has to offer, Lighted tennis,basket ball, tetherball, bocce, badmington, outdoor playground & shuffle board

I apologize for being so long in writing a review. We stayed at this home Feb. 25th-March 8, 2011. The home exceeded our expectations. There were 9 of us, 8 adults (ranging in age from 18 to 60 and a 5 year old and there was lots of rooms and it was very comfortable. The home was very clean and had all the amenities. The small complaint I would have is that the kitchen could use a few more items, i.e. better parry knife, pot holders and tea towels and roaster pan. Other than that, it was great and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was a quiet area, we felt very safe and it was easy to walk to and from the Club House which was another great feature. For the price and the product we received, we couldn't beat it. The location was also excellent - easy to get to the parks and lots of places to eat. I think we have to find a bigger place next year though because we are telling people and they want to come along with us. Thanks again Mark - you can be sure we are spreading the word!

Paradise Palms is off the192. It is less than 20 mins from Orlando International airport & 5 minutes from the gates of Disney.

If flying from the Uk you can fly with British Airways, Virgin Atlantic into MCO Orlando International which is about 20 minutes from Paradise Palms

Or Charter flights from Monarch & Thomas cook into Sanford which is about a 40 minute drive

We recomend hiring a car with a reputable company over the internet in advance & that you prepay all insurances & costs prior to arrival (if not the price more than doubles when you arrive here.

We absolutely fell in love with your home Mark. The moment we walked in after a long drive it was nice to be welcome to a beautiful and peaceful place.

The listing description is very accurate. Walmart, Target, Publix are within a 5-10 minutes. The I-192 is your road to restaurants, shops, entertainment and attractions.

From the moment we got in touch with Mark we knew we had found our vacation home. Always prompt to reply all my e-mails. Thank you. All the best. And God willing we'll be in touch in the autumn.

We would recommend this property to family and friends. The only thing that was a concern for us was the stairs. For families with small children it needs a gate.

The house is nicely decorated and very cozy. It was very clean, and had everything we needed.
The club house is really nice, the pool is great but we didn't spend any time there (It was somewhat cold). The staff was very friendly.
The "house pool" is very small, but on some hot days, I'm sure kids will enjoy no matter what.
I liked that it was gated so I didn't have to worry about my 2 year old running around.
The bedrooms are nice and spacious. Kids enjoyed the Xbox 360 in the room. Plenty of space for all of us and we were in 10.
TV in each bedroom is very convenient. There's also a DVD player, but no DVD's, so that could be a suggestion.
The wireless unfortunately didn't work, we contacted the management company but they couldn't fix it till a certain day and we were getting ready leave. We waited too long to contact them, our fault!
I'd suggest maybe adding a security gate on the staircase.
Location is fantastic! Easy drive to the parks, all parks are within minutes so it is perfect! There's a Target Store, Publix groceries very close by as well as several restaurants. There's also a Wallmart within 2 miles. I only found a whole foods within 6 miles, close to Universal Studios. About 20min drive, which is not bad.
We really enjoyed our stay and would for sure stay there again.
Mark was always very friendly and attentive. Thanks so much!

Very well equipped and spacious accommodation, despite 8 people being in the house. Lovely pool area. Very convenient for attracions, eating out and food shopping. Would definitely reccomend. Very easy to book.
We found that both the local Angus Steakhouse and Dennys served the best food and best value for money. The other chains we used were very disappointing.

This is a new property on a gated development away from the main highway and local suburbia hustle bustle.
The holiday home exceeded my expectations. All the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The three bathrooms are also spacious and well appointed. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped with dishwasher and enormous fridge/freezer (washer and dryer located upstairs). There are more TV's than you can shake a stick at (much to my children’s pleasure) but frankly it was more difficult trying to prize them away from the small pool attached to the property or the extremely large shared pleasure pool. This is available to the entire complex although we virtualy had it to ourselves. We did manage to get away to the parks and found the property location ideal meaning we were only about 20 minutes away from many of the major attractions. We dined out most evenings although a Publix supermarket (half way between a Tesco and Waitrose for quality and price) is only just up the road providing everything you would expect to find back home. The oven and microwave are supersized so if entertaining is your thing you'll find all the necessary equipment to hand. The property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans, just what you need after a long hot day running around after Disney character’s trying to get their autographs.

There’s the usual array of burger bars and diners on every road. We found a very reasonable Italian restaurant and a micro brewery style place (2 minute drive) where the menu was varied and the quality/service good.

Our Paradise Palms holiday home was the ideal base to check out the parks from and then when you needed to recharge your batteries and relax in quiet comfortable surroundings was just the pad. In a word “Faultless” (even the weather)

I will definatley recommend Mark's home to anyone planning a Disney vacation
