About the home

Sunset is a true Florida home. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Conveniently located in the quiet community of Chatham Park just minutes from Disney and all other central Florida attractions.

Sunset offers for FREE for it's guests:

All local, long distance, and international calls.
High chair, crib, strollers, air bed and BBQ.

The large west facing private solar heated screened-in pool (electric heat also available) overlooks a stunningly peaceful lake, with an abundance of wildlife and has loungers, chairs, and in the lanai, dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The pool may be accessed through the sliding glass door from the living room, kitchen, or master bedroom.

When you first enter Sunset you will see the lounge with dedicated television for watching movies on either the VCR or DVD with PS2. Just past the lounge is the formal dining with seating for six.

The living room offers ample seating with a 52" television with cable box, and DVD player.

All four bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and televisions for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom decorated in a shell/seaside theme is located on the ground floor has a king bed and sliding glass doors opening to the pool. Attached is the master bathroom that has double vanities, separate shower and large bathtub.

Bedroom number two is located upstairs and is a tropical paradise with queen bed.

Bedroom number three has twin beds, and is an animal lovers delight in the style of animal kingdom room with enough stuffed wild animals to make any child from the age of 2 to 80 smile.

Bedroom number four has twin beds is the room for those with the heart of a sailor. Tastefully decorated in a beautiful blue sailing motif.


The garage has been converted into a games room with pool table/air hockey, foosball, dart board, and a table with bar stools.

The laundry area with a washer and dryer is located in the garage.

The community of Chatham Park offers many amenities for the use of our guests, all within walking distance of the home. Tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground and a community pool.

King master bedroom downstairs with en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, tub and 2 vanity sinks. The half bathroom is located down stairs. Upstairs is the second bathroom with the Queen guest bedroom and single beds in bedrooms 3 (animal theme) and 4 (sail boat theme). All bedrooms as well as having TVs have ceiling fans. A complimentary BBQ is supplied plus high chair and crib. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Garage door has automatic door opener.

Management company is only 4 doors way from the home and are happy to assist guests. If you are arriving late our management company can supply Standard or Extra Welcome Packs - please ask for list of items included in price.

Conditions

Booking deposit of 100 GBP per week. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Security Deposit of 250 GBP is required by way of a Credit Card Deposit Form which is supplied at time of booking. By signing the Booking Form you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Historic Kissimmee is only 5 miles way where you will find quaint shops and restaurants, Civic Centre, library and Railway Station. Lake Toho in historic Kissimmee is where you can fish or just stroll along the lake front. and watch the wildlife. Medieval Times and Wal Mart Superstore are within easy reach. Green Meadows Petting Farm is off Poinciana Blvd. Boggy Creek Airboats is a very popular choice for visitors. Factory Outlets, shops, restaurants (MacDonalds, Outback, Denny's, Ponderosa, Red Lobster, etc ) all abound on the 192. A new Cinema complex is located in The Loop a new shopping centre frequented by locals and guest alike.

The Kissimmee / Chatham Park area

Chatham Park has its own community pool and cabana, small park with tennis court, basket ball court and children's play area. Keep fit by jogging or walking round Chatham Circle and you have done one mile! Sit by the lake and watch the wildlife.

“A holiday of a lifetime.” Our holiday in Orlando was a once in a lifetime experience. Both the children and my wife and I had an absolutely amazing time. The villa was part of that amazing experience. The accommodation had everything, great space, fantastic pool, all the necessary utlilities and even a games room - which helped occupy time when the tropical rain moved in for the day. The owners were close at hand and helped answer any questions we had very quickly. The villa's location was ideal for all the major parks and had lots of restaurants and supermarkets just a short drive away. In additioan the free calls to the UK and internet access made for such a relaxing time. Response: thank you for sharing your experience whilst staying at Sunset. We are very happy to hear that our hard efforts to ensure that our guests have a memorable stay in our home have been successful.
