The house is within easy reach for banks, bars, buses, golf courses, premium shopping outlets, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A truly great location for all the amenities Orlando has to offer.

Clearwater Beach is 1.5 hours away, take the I4 West. This is a beautiful pristine white sand beach with the warm clear waters of the Gulf Coast. On the harbour you can book dolphin watching trips or hire a boat.

Kissimmee / Compass Bay area

Kissimmee Golf Club is approx 3 miles from Compass Bay, other courses in the area include Falcons Fire, Celebration, Champions Gate and 5 Walt Disney World courses.
