Our 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Executive Luxury Villa with private swimming pool and High Speed Internet Access is only a 10 minute drive from Disney, and 2 minutes from the attraction packed Highway 192, where you will find a large variety of shops, Restaurants and Entertainment. It is fully Air conditioned and superbly furnished for the occupancy of up to 8 people. We are licenced to sleep 10 and can accommodate larger parties with the use of a cot and z-bed/futon
The large kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped to a high standard and includes cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, crockery, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a large washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board in the separate utility room.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable 3 piece suite in quality leather, Digital cable TV, iPod docking station, Playstation 2 and DVD player to enable you to relax and unwind. A selection of DVD’s and games are provided for your use.
The dining room with large dining table and comfortable chairs provides a more formal setting for family meals and is an addition to the small kitchen dining area. Alternatively enjoy dining al fresco in the covered lanai area, when a large table and chairs is provided for you to have your meals in the sunshine.
Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom with King-Sized bed, Digital Cable Television, large walk in wardrobes and Large En-suite with twin vanity unit, twin corner whirlpool tub, toilet and large walk in shower cubicle.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen-Sized bed, cable television, walk in closets and drawer unit.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, cable TV walk in closets and drawer unit.
Bedroom 4 has a beach theme with twin beds with Cable TV, walk in closets and drawer units.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bath with shower over and a vanity unit.
All beds have high quality cotton sheets and quality pillows for your comfort.
The Pool Area is surrounded by attractive hedging to provide you with privacy to enjoy the Heated Swimming Pool, and large sunbathing space. The pool is 3ft to 5ft deep.
The Large Deck area with padded Chairs, Reclining Chairs, and Loungers provides ample space to enjoy the Florida Sunshine.
The villa is located on the up market development of Indian Point 0.5 mile from Highway 192 where you will find many varieties of restaurants shops and attractions. Most major attractions are within a 25-minute drive.
An alarm system is provided for pool safety and smoke detectors are installed for your peace of mind.
A few of the items included in our villa at no extra cost are: travel cot, towels including beach towels, hair dryers and alarm clocks.
Indian Point has a large community swimming pool, jogging trail, tennis court and 2 play areas for children.
There are numerous golf courses within a short drive of the villa.

Indian Point is located 6 miles south east of Walt Disney World, yet you will feel like you are in the ranch lands of the most remote parts of Florida. Indian Point's location was chosen by the developers as it was not only full of wide open spaces and surrounding pine forests, but it was also close enough to the excitement of Disney World and many other Orlando area attractions. Some of which include shopping and countless restaurants. No city distractions are found here
There is a large swimming pool, covered picnic area, tennis court and children's play area overlooking a lake, for the use of owners and guests. One hour drive away is the Kennedy Space Centre this is a must see and do , great for all ages. The climate in Florida has two seasons wet and dry warm all year round, average temperature about 82% , ideal to go to the Beach, one hour drive away to the East coast to CO-CO beach

Smokers welcome. Although there is no smoking in the villa itself, we have a covered patio area near the pool where you can happily smoke.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
From January to about mid-May, Orlando's weather is mild. High temperatures range in the 70s and 80s. By the end of May clear through September, the high temperature average is in the 90s. This is also the peak rainy season, with July averaging 7.78 inches. Hurricane season, from June to the end of November, can mean large amounts of rain for the Orlando area. During the winter months, the low can dip into the 40s, so jackets are a necessity if you're planning a Christmas trip to Walt Disney World.
The Kissimmee / Indian Point area
The main gate for Disney is a 15/20 minute drive - with easy access to the 535, Interstate 4, and Osceola Parkway. The other area attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, Island of adventure, City Walk, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Wet and Wild, Blizzard Beach, Busch Gardens, International Drive, plus dinner shows etc. are all close by. Several of the major shopping Malls and designer outlets are within 20-30 minutes. Indeed, most of what you need locally is all within 30 minutes drive of the villa. There is also a good selection of golf courses within 30-40 minutes of the villa.
Grocery stores, shopping, etc. are convenient. The 24 hour Super Walmart in Kissimmee is less than 5 minutes away, with Publix just 10 mins away. There is an abundance of restaurants, steakhouses, fast food chains, fine dining, and buffet bars to choose from along the 192 area of Kissimmee. International Drive is a short drive for all the restaurants and activities in that area.

It was a really nice villa close to Orlando team parks. It had hign speed internet and a great pool. The only thing missing was a BBQ grill. Wonder why it hasn't a grill Verified by FlipKey, a TripAdvisor company Response: I am sorry to hear that there is no BBQ at the property. We certainly provided one and it was there the last time I was at the property. I will put that right immediately as I am out there myself in November. We cannot guarantee that guests will leave it as they found it and our managing agents may have felt it was beyond redemption and thrown it out. I will however replace it next month when I am there and ensure there will be one available for our next guests. Thank you for your feedback it has been extremely useful and enables me to put the matter right. |

Our thoughts on this villa: spacious and comfortable with a lovely pool and poolside furniture. The internet connection facility was invaluable a real bonus whilst on holiday.
