Our home offers over 2550sq ft of 1st class living accommodation with a host of extras to ensure a luxury stay for all age groups. Climate control air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in all bedrooms including the Family Room. Furnished to the highest standard with continual upgrades for both the comfort of ourselves and that of our guests. All beds have 500 thread count bed linen including mattress and pillow protectors for additional comfort. For our younger guests we provide a selection of toys and baby equipment including 3 x cots, highchair, stroller, bowls, spoons, bibs, safety stairgate, baby monitor and sterilizer unit - all included at no extra cost.

Our spacious, accredited platinum 5 star home accommodates two large families thus providing two living areas, one formal lounge with classic sofas and co-ordinating dining suite and a second family room with a large screen TV. The family room has a vaulted ceiling providing a light spacious and airy feeling to the home. The family and breakfast room overlook pool and lake. Games Room has 42" wall mounted PLASMA SCREEN TV with digital cable, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and XBOX 360.
We provide a GPS / SAT NAV system for our guests loaded with theme parks, our favourite restaurants and much more. Luxury upgraded fittings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with every labour saving device. There is also a ground floor utility room housing family sized washing machine and dryer and ironing facilities. Luxury seating, crockery and utensils are provided for 10 people, for both inside and outside entertaining. In addition to the Games Room we provide a galleried game area including large screen TV, DVD player and XBOX with games for all ages. PC with Printer, Scanner, Copier and Wireless High Speed Internet access is provided at no extra charge. Our Games Room has a 42" wall mounted plasma screen TV, Nintendo Wii, XBOX 360, (and selection of games), 8ft pool table, air hockey, soccer table, giant connect 4, scooters, bar table and stools. The MASTER BEDROOM is lavishly furnished with an imposing 6FT BED with SOUTH FACING BALCONY overlooking the lake with wall mounted TV, DVD player and Hi Fi. En-suite has roman bath suite, large walk-in shower enclosure, WC, illuminated his n' her wash-hand basins and walk in closet. Hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms. The ground floor Queen suite has sliding doors leading to the pool deck with TV, digital cable, DVD player and Hi Fi. There are three further bedrooms one further queen suite with TV, digital cable and Hi Fi and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have TV's (except Disney Themed bedroom) and double storage closets. Downstairs twin bedroom has wall mounted TV. There are 2 additional full bathrooms with bath, shower, WC and an additional separate WC downstairs.

We now have Solar Pool and Spa heating to keep our pool and spa to a warm temperature through the summer months. Electric pool and spa heating is recommended between October and April at £90 per week.

Our local Management Company are on call 24/7, an English couple, to assist with any queries during your holiday. However, we can be contacted at any time during your holiday .

We have an oversized SOUTH FACING POOL and SPA and BALCONY with STUNNING LAKE VIEWS, poolside shower and screened deck with overlooking a lake. The surrounding deck has luxurious patio seating for family entertaining and there is a large covered lanai providing shade from the all day Florida Sunshine and ceiling fan to keep you cool during the hot summer nights.
Our large pool deck allows children to play safely in the shade. The pool is protected by a child security fence for peace of mind for those with small children (this can be removed). All external access doors to the pool area are also protected by alarms, once again safeguarding against any potential accidents with small children. This premium plot has fencing either side of the pool area thus offering peace privacy and tranquillity whilst viewing the local wildlife and lake. Extra lighting around the pool for evening dips in the pool and spa. Pool and spa both have underwater lighting. An extended driveway provides off road parking for two vehicles.
The community offers a nature trail, fully equipped playground for children and football nets, all of these facilities are a short walk from our villa. This estate is a secure gated community that can only be accessed by key pad code. Our villa is fully alarmed and monitored 24 hours a day. Fishing is permitted on all the lakes, including the lake our villa overlooks.
The SOUTH FACING POOL/SPA area, with beautiful views of the lake, is completely screened to protect from insects whilst still allowing use of the area at all times.
There is horse riding close by, petting farm, airboat rides and around 60 golf courses to choose from, for our golfing guests. A short drive from our home is a man made beach, ideal for picnics. Pack a picnic in one of our large cool boxes (ice packs provided) and head off to the beach.

We recommend pool and spa heating between October and April. This is available for an additional £14 per day and would be switched on the day prior to your arrival. Although our POOL and SPA are SOUTH FACING and have the sun from sunrise to sunset, this allows the use of the pool and spa late evening and ensures a more comfortable water temperature in the daytime during these months.

We accept Sterling and USD Cheques or you can wire payment directly to our bank account.
£100 PER WEEK BOOKING DEPOSIT SECURES BOOKING, with remainder due 10 weeks prior to holiday (an invoice is sent at this time). DISCOUNT for 3 WEEK BOOKINGS and smaller families/couples. Our home books up early, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.

What a fantastic villa! The accommodation was exactly as the website shows, immaculate. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the games room was fantastic and the pool area was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day at the theme parks. The location was great – ideal for all the parks! The onsite manager Phil is a mine of useful information and easy to contact. This gave us added piece of mind during our stay. Everything about this villa is fantastic - it is simply perfect. The facilities are great and just as the pictures show. The location is perfect for Disney and the other theme parks/attractions.
