About the home

This luxurious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa is set in the peaceful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes - one of the most sought after areas in Orlando. Set within a 120 acre conservation area, this tranquil setting amongst beautiful landscaped gardens makes it hard to believe you are only 10 minutes away from the major Disney theme parks and attractions. With numerous golf courses and beaches also within easy reach our villa makes an ideal base from which to experience all that Orlando has to offer.

The villa is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. There are 5 good sized bedrooms including the very large master bedroom with en-suite. The privately screened pool deck provides ample space for the family with sun loungers and outside seating area. Cool off in our swimming pool or lounge in the spa.

If golf is your passion then look no further. Orlando has more than 90 golf courses from which to choose, with many championship courses within easy striking distance of Cumbrian Lakes.

Well equipped fully furnished villa to high standard. On the ground floor the large family room and kitchen overlook the pool and deck area. There is a separate utility room and a separate formal lounge and dining area with a queen pull out bed. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one queen with pool access and one with twin beds both rooms sharing a bathroom, Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms and on the landing area there is computer with free internet access and a Playstation 3. In the garage there is a games room for all to enjoy.

Further details

A 10% or £50 deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your departure. A breakages deposit of £250 is required which will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return after inspection of the property by our US management company.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

This is the number one holiday destination in the entire world, and no wonder! There is something for everyone here. Kids and adults alike will love everything that Disney has to offer. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the brilliance of the rides. Come and be entertained, educated, thrilled, whatever you want to do you can do it best here in Orlando.

As well as Disney of course there are the Universal Studio parks, Sea World, many water parks, Busch Gardens etc. etc. The list is endless.

Play Golf? Orlando has more than 90 golf courses from which to choose, there are perhaps as many as 20 courses within a 15 minute drive.

Remember the space race, the first man on the moon? Visit the launch pads, see the massive Saturn V rocket, ride the Shuttle Simulator, touch a piece of moon rock brought back by the early explorers. Or maybe you fancy wrestling the alligators? Visit Gatorland and Sea World for an unforgettable day out.

The number of World Class attractions in this area, suitable for children and adults alike, make this the ideal location for an unforgettable holiday; you will want to come back again and again. Oh, and did we mention the great value shopping....?

The Kissimmee / Cumbrian Lakes area

Kissimmee (especially the old town) has some character of its own. I suggest you allow some time to explore the area. You are only yards from the '192', a typical US highway that cuts through the suburbs. On both sides you will see dozens of places to eat as well as chemists (drug stores), supermarkets, souvenir shops, banks etc.

Disney Magic Kingdom, Animal World, MGM Studios, EPCOT, Universal Studios, all the water parks including Wet & Wild, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Cape Kennedy, Gulf Coast, Bush Gardens, Sea World, the list is endless.

Fly into either Orlando International or Sandford airports, either is only a short drive away. Spoilt for choice as to which airline to use from most places in the world. I suggest you go to expedia.co.uk and seek out the cheapest option but we regularly fly with Virgin direct from Manchester (UK) for £300 or less - dependent on season of course.

As for car hire I strongly recommend ALAMO as they are in the airport and competitive BUT here is the trick. Book the cheapest smallest car they offer. When you arrive they will seek to sell you an upgrade. Say no. When you get to the car park you will be told to simply take whichever car suits you!! This has worked several times for us over the past year. I guess if it no longer works you can then pop back into the airport and buy that upgrade if you really need it.

Don't want to drive? No problem we can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken directly to the villa. You could be in the pool 30 minutes after touchdown!

Finding the place? It is easy to find but in any case I will send you detailed instructions as to how to find the villa, also how to get from there to the various parks etc. This is one of the best locations possible to give you easy access to all the resorts.
