Less than 4 miles from Disney and with excellent access to all of Orlando's theme parks and golf courses, Las Palmas Villa is the perfect place for your vacation in Florida. Located on the peaceful and exclusive Seasons community in Kissimmee, Las Palmas is the ideal place to relax after a busy day at one of the nearby attractions or for spending a day "at home". Our elegant and spacious vacation villa has been furnished to a high standard and is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 16 guests.

With its 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, superbly-equipped Games Room and extended pool area and spa, Las Palmas Villa has all you could want - and more! We consider Las Palmas Villa our home from home and have tried to ensure that you have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. As well as the pool area and Games Room we have provided family games and some books for all the family. There's a PS2 games console and X-box console as well as 3 DVD players in the villa! There is a children's play area just a short walk from the house for the younger kids - and the path around Seasons Lake is worth a stroll anytime of the day!

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

With its year-round sunshine and wealth of attractions, Orlando is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Situated just 4 miles from Disney, Las Palmas Villa is right on Mickey's doorstep! However, we are also ideally placed for those who wish to enjoy a golfing holiday or who just want to sit back, relax by the pool and enjoy the sunshine. Seasons Resort provides an oasis of calm amongst the hubbub of Orlando's tourist attractions. Truly, we have something for everyone!

Kissimmee / Seasons Resort area

Las Palmas Villa is conveniently situated with quick and easy access to all of Orlando's many theme parks and golf courses. Disney attractions are just 10 minutes' drive away, Sea World is 15 minutes' drive and the Universal Parks can be reached within 20 minutes. Both the Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens are only an hour away and the Gulf coast beaches can be reached within 90 minutes. Local golf courses such as Falcon's Fire, Champions' Gate and Shingle Creek are all within 10-20 minutes' drive from the villa. We are just 2 minutes from the famous Highway 192 with its fabulous selection of shops, restaurants and dinner shows. Airboat rides, helicopter rides, crazy golf and horse riding are all located just minutes' from our home. And a huge 24-hour Wal-Mart is also just 2 minutes' drive away! We are conveniently located just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

How to get there

Our holiday villa is located just 30 minutes' drive from Orlando International Airport; 45 minutes' drive from Sanford International. Car hire is essential for your holiday but we are located within a quick, easy drive of all tourist attractions and local amenities.

1 Master Bedroom with queen-size bed, 27" cable TV and X-box games console and an adjacent bathroom.

4 Twin-bedded rooms each with 2 twin beds, cable TV and a nearby or adjacent bathroom.

Enjoy the sparkling waters of our 14 x 30 ft pool and raised spa pool or relax by the poolside on our extended 16 x 40ft. pool deck. During the cooler months, pool heating can be provided. To protect the kids there's a removable safety fence and all doors leading to the deck area are fitted with safety locks and switchable alarms. Just a short walk from the villa but still within the Seasons community there's a children's play area.

The Seasons community backs onto a wooded conservation area. For those quiet moments enjoy a peaceful stroll along the pathway surrounding the Seasons Lake and watch the herons and other local wildlife.

Any cancellation must be notified to the owners in writing by the person who has contracted the vacation. If such notification is received more than 60 days before the vacation commencement date, only the deposit will be retained by the owners. Otherwise the following charges apply: 30 - 60 days before 50%; 30 days before 75%; 14 days or less, 100%.

Las Palmas Villa was a dream come true! It was beyond our expectations. There wasn't anything more we could ask for. You thought of everything. The guys were locked in the game room the entire trip, while the girls loved the pool and hot tub! The older folk just lounged around in the spacious TV area while flipping through the wide selection of cable stations. The house was so comfortable and spacious that a week was simply not enough. The detail that has been paid to the furnishing was simply outstanding - even down to kitchen utensils and cooking implements! We felt secure in "our home" and the neighborhood added to the upscale environment. We have already referred you to several other persons and look forward to returning ourselves.

We had a great time in Florida. Las Palmas Villa was superb, immaculately clean and ideal for us as a family, especially as it is so ideally located for all the parks.
