Home description

Our comfortable 4-bedroom 2-bathroom air-conditioned villa with private screened pool is situated in the quiet residential area of Indian Point Kissimmee - just 15 minutes east of Disney, 20 minutes from Sea World and 30 minutes from Universal . Being just over a 1 hour drive to the beach either west or east coast makes this a great location for family holidays. Local amenities include Shops, Restaurants, Dinner Shows, Crazy Golf, Helicopter Tours and Kissimmee Old Town.

The villa has a large open plan living area and sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. 2 doubles ( Master with en-suite) and 2 twins. The private screened west facing pool includes a lanai for shaded seating and a large deck with loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Florida is known as the Sunshine State. It has a warm sub-tropical climate with two major seasons. April - September are usually hot and humid with a quick burst of rain in the afternoon. October - March are cooler and drier.

Florida is made up of thousands of lakes so watersports and fishing are popular

Orlando is known mainly for its Theme Parks but there are many other things to do in the area such as shopping, museums, theatre, art galleys and golf

Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast with its beautiful beaches are about a 90 mins drive

Kennedy Space Centre and the beaches of Daytona and Cocoa on the east coast are 60 mins drive away

If you want a change from the Theme Parks you could try a day out at Mt Dora. A quaint little historic town with a lakefront shopping district full of antique shops and craft shops. Mt Dora is a 90 min drive northwest of Orlando.

Kissimmee / Indian Point area

Kissimmee is ideally situated for Disney, Universal and Sea World.

Indian Point is situated close to the HWY 192 which is ideal for shopping and restaurants.

There is a Walmart super store open 24hrs for general shopping and many restaurants only a few minutes' drive away.

Shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, The Loop and Premium Outlets are within a 30min drive.

Other local attractions include Kissimmee Old Town, Dinner Shows, Helicopter Tours, Airboat rides, Golf & Crazy Golf.

The pool can be heated at a cost of £100 per week usually Oct - Mar

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. However we do allow smoking outside in the pool area

Our locally based management company is on call for emergencies and enquiries.
They can supply Cots, High Chairs, Roll Away Bed, Food Welcome Packs and BBQ at additional cost.

We accept personnel cheques or direct payment into our bank account.

We also accept payment by credit card / debit card if paid through Paypal for which you do not need a Paypal account. Paypal facility incurs a 3.4% charge.

All prices are inclusive of all taxes.

A deposit of £100 is required when booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.

A security deposit of £150 is payable with the balance (this will be refunded subject to Terms and Conditions).

Pool Heating is charged at £100 per week.
