Our very well equipped townhouse is located on the exclusive four star Regal Oaks, a fully managed resort with office and tourist information centre, at Old Town Kissimmee. Ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people. By early 2015 Regal Oaks will be a gated community and the resort will offer a brand new pool area with extensive sundecks. In addition to this, will be a new clubhouse, with bars and a restaurant, along with additional facilities.

The house has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 2 twin rooms that share a family bathroom. It has a fully furnished living/dining area with HD TV, a very well equipped kitchen and additional cloakroom downstairs. It also has a washing machine/tumble dryer.

It is just a few minutes walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment of Old Town and just 3 miles from Disney

The master bedroom upstairs has an HD TV and it also has its own balcony, along with a floor safe in the walk-in wardrobe. All bedrooms have televisions and big walk-in wardrobes. The large sofa in the living/dining area converts to a double bed, if required. Cots and high chairs can be hired from the resort. For the security conscious, the property is secured by a monitored ADT alarm system.

Our new management company headed by Brenda Sali, will ensure guests receive the highest level of customer care, to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable one. We have replaced our sofas with new ones and bedding with new comforters and sheets are replaced at regular intervals.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Late check-out may be available, but guests are required to check with our management company.

The Florida region

Florida is known as the sunshine state. Summer is always hot with high humidity and winter, perhaps the most pleasant time,is so warm that swimming is an option.

In addition to all the Disney attractions, there is so much more to do. Further afield why not visit Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa and Daytona Beaches to the East and Clearwater beach, Tampa and Busch Gardens to the West.

To those of you who entertain the thought of retail therapy, you will be amazed at the many malls and retail outlets to keep you occupied. Florida really does have something for everyone,

For the golfers, it is a paradise, with a huge choice of championship courses to play at very reasonable prices.

Orlando International Airport is just 20 miles away and Sandford Airport is 46 miles.


Our luxurious townhouse is in an ideal location, just off Hwy 192, directly behind Old Town, which itself has much to offer, with its shops bars, fairground attractions and has its own children's area. If you are really brave enough, try the human coaster which catapults you 365 feet into the air. Every Thursday evening there is a custom motorbike cruise and on Saturdays witness Floridas largest weekly Classic car cruise.It is really something to see.

It is also close to all other shops, restaurants, shopping outlets, golf courses and most of all, the Theme Parks and Disney locations.

It is 3 miles from Disney World, 8 miles from Sea World/Discovery Cove and 13 miles from Universal/Island of Adventure.

Other activities involve fishing, airboat rides, hot air balloon flights, mini-golf, horse riding and so much more.

Most shops will have free leaflets and vacation guides that have so much information as to what is around and they also contain coupons that can save you some money in shops, restaurants and activities.

"excellent house & location"

This was our 2nd time staying at Vic`s house and will always be our 1st choice. the location is perfect as it is only just behind old town, which is just a short walk and there is always something going on.
It is perfect for Disney, international drive, the outlet stores and most importantly central to all the golf courses we play. everything just a short 10-15min drive.
The house is very spacious and you could easily fit 2 families in here without gettting under each others feet. Also the cleanliness and amenities in the house are 1st class.
Vic the owner is very helpful and has always answered questions very promptly.
Thank you for letting us stay and we will be back next year wives permitting.

"Amazing house close to everything you need."

We stayed here a month ago during our visit to Disneyland etc. When we first walked in we were so excited and thrilled at the cleanliness, size, and overall wonderful house! 4 big bedrooms! 4 bathroom/toilets, spacious kitchen, dining/living room. Everything we needed, 100% fully equipped & more!
I would recommend this to anybody wanting exceptional value for money and space for 10 people without feeling crowded. The position was ideal for us as a young family, we had everything on our doorstep. Just behind old town which is great at night. And only 10 mins from Disney.
If we had the money again we would only be calling one person, Vic. Very friendly & helpful and once again thankyou so much for making our holiday amazing.

"Fantastic house in a convenient location"

This house is fantastic - modern, clean and comfortable. We travelled with our two children, my sister and her family and our parents and we found the house had plenty of space for all of us. We were looking for somewhere in a central location so that we weren't reliant on rental cars and this fitted the bill perfectly. The house is located right next to Old Town in Kissimmee and walking distance to shops, restaurants, fast food and bars. Its only 10 minutes by car to the Disney parks. Despite its central location the house is quiet with just some background noise from the fairground rides at Old Town when the patio doors are open.

The service provided by Vic right from our initial enquiry was excellent. Every email was answered promptly, usually with a quick phone call and Vic provided lots of help and advice. We have a six month old baby and Vic organised rental of a travel cot from the onsite management company.

I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone travelling in a large group and have already passed Vic's details on to a friend who is planning an Orlando trip!

"Great Location"

When we arrived to the townhouse, we were pleasantly surprised at the space and cleanliness of the the unit. This is ideally located behind "Old Town" so walking there was a breeze. Easy to access from the airport or major highways. The rooms were all ample in size. One King bed, one queen (comfortable, as this is the one we slept on), and two rooms with 2 twin beds. The sofa even coverts to a pull out, but we did not have to use this. Plus there are 3 and half bathrooms! Everything was so clean and fresh. Carpet looks brand new. 2nd floor washer and dryer is a great plus. Let us do most of our laundry before heading back home. Kitchen has mixing bowls, utensils, and baking sheets. No 13 x 9 pans, but we bought disposables (less dishes to do anyways).
Community pool and spa are very nice but were not heated during our stay. We were informed they will doing rennovations in the future on both the pool and hot tub/spa. This didn't keep my husband and mom from swimming on Christmas Day!!
The communication between the owner (Vic) and ourselves was fantastic. He responded so quickly and courteously, he is the absolute best to work with!!
We traveled with 7 adults and 1 child. Everyone had their own space. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to make it back there in the future.
