Our very well equipped townhouse is located on the exclusive four star Regal Oaks, a fully managed resort with office and tourist information centre, at Old Town Kissimmee. Ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people. The house has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 2 twin rooms that share a family bathroom. It has a fully furnished living/dining area with HD TV, a very well equipped kitchen and additional cloakroom downstairs. It also has a washing machine/tumble dryer.
It is just a few minutes walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment of Old Town and just 3 miles from Disney

The master bedroom upstairs has an HD TV and it also has its own balcony, along with a floor safe in the walk-in wardrobe. All bedrooms have televisions and big walk-in wardrobes. The large sofa in the living/dining area converts to a double bed, if required. Cots and high chairs can be hired from the resort.

Outside the property is parking space for 2 cars.
The resort features a wonderful large tropical pool complex with 2 heatd pools, one with beach entry, lazy river, waterfall, whirlpool and jacuzzi. There are extensive sun terraces around the pool complex along with restrooms.

Since April 2009 we have a new on-site management team headed by Mr Wayne Gray. They will ensure guests receive the highest level of customer care, to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable one. Contact details for the management company can be found in the 'Guest Book' which you will find in the home.
The Tourist Information Office can also be found in the on-site management office.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Late check-out may be available, but guests are required to check with our management company on site.

Florida is known as the sunshine state. Summer is always hot with high humidity and winter, perhaps the most pleasant time,is so warm that swimming is an option.
In addition to all the Disney attractions, there is so much more to do. Further afield why not visit Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa and Daytona Beaches to the East and Clearwater beach, Tampa and Busch Gardens to the West.
To those of you who entertain the thought of retail therapy, you will be amazed at the many malls and retail outlets to keep you occupied. Florida really does have something for everyone,
For the golfers, it is a paradise, with a huge choice of championship courses to play at very reasonable prices.
Orlando International Airport is just 20 miles away and Sandford Airport is 46 miles.
The Kissimmee / Regal Oaks area
Our luxurious townhouse is in an ideal location, just off Hwy 192, directly behind Old Town, which itself has much to offer, with its shops bars, fairground attractions and has its own children's area. If you are really brave enough, try the human coaster which catapults you 365 feet into the air. Every Thursday evening there is a custom motorbike cruise and on Saturdays witness Floridas largest weekly Classic car cruise.It is really something to see.
It is also close to all other shops, restaurants, shopping outlets, golf courses and most of all, the Theme Parks and Disney locations.
It is 3 miles from Disney World, 8 miles from Sea World/Discovery Cove and 13 miles from Universal/Island of Adventure.
Other activities involve fishing, airboat rides, hot air balloon flights, mini-golf, horse riding and so much more.
Most shops will have free leaflets and vacation guides that have so much information as to what is around and they also contain coupons that can save you some money in shops, restaurants and activities.

Hi Vic,
Me and my family really enjoyed our holiday in June 2011 in Florida, and this was down to the great house and the brilliant location that the house was in. It was nice,clean and the amenities where central to the location.
Old town kissimmee was within walking distance and this was great not having to drive all the time. The older children loved this venue, they could easily walk to and from the house to Old town.
We would defiantly use this again as we felt that the commiucation between us and yourself was excellent and you were always friendly, open and honest with us.
This was our third time in Florida and this holiday home felt like a home away from home. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for the boys to play and socialises together in.
Overall this will remain our holiday home for a long time in the future.

I just wanted to contact you and thank you for the use of your townhouse for our holiday during the Easter holidays. Your house was comfortable, clean, well equipped and had loads of space for us to relax in.
The site is well positioned for the Disney and Orlando attractions and the Old town of Kissimmee on your doorstep is a great place to spend a relaxing evening with its restaurants, shops and kids/adult rides. The site staff were very helpfull and nothing was too much trouble for them if it helped you. Unfortunatly the club house was closed near the pool and the slide, lazy river, hot-tub and water heating was not working but this did not stop my children and us spending some relaxing time there and the pool soon warmed up in the heat. All told we had a great time and would definatly use your property again when we return.
Once again thank you and cheers for all the good advise you gave us before we went and the speedy return of our deposit.

Staying at this town house was a brilliant experience. Close to the Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot and not far from Universal Studios we didnt feel the need to hire a car due to free buses going to all these parks daily from just around the corner. Also just around the corner The Old Town, streets full of shops, resturants, a funfare, bars and lots of entertainment for all the family open late. Although open late and just around the corner from the villa, the area is still quiet. The house itself has everything you need and more, with the large living area to the four bathrooms and bedrooms which is very clean and comfortable, also a jumbo size fridge (very handy).
The owner Vic was very helpful offering his knowledge of the area as we had never been to Florida before, as were the caretakers and the neighbours in the surrounding area. We highly recommend this town house to anybody wishing to go to Florida as we had a fabulous time while there and felt we were in the middle of everything and did not have far to travel anywhere.
The house is also very child friendly, my nephews loved every minute of it including the house in which they had a great time playing inside as well as outside, they even asked us to phone Vic to ask if we could stay another week! A great time had by all. Thanks Vic.

Just arrived home from a 2 week family holiday in Florida. We are a family with 2 teenage boys and Vic & Jackie's townhouse is an ideal place to base yourself. The house is very comfortably appointed & furnished, with good size bedrooms and an air conditioning system second to none, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day in the parks. It is ideally positioned for both, Old Town with its many restaurants and shops,we even walked to the Arabian Nights dinner show (good value) from the house, and also ideal for Universal Parks/Wet & Wild/Aquatica and Sea World, which are literally 15 mins. away. Old Town is at the top of International Drive and closely placed for Disney. It took us 8 minutes from the door to Hollywood studios. It is also a direct route to the I.4 Interstate, where Eastbound to Tampa and Busch Gardens, is an hour away. Florida can be a very tiring holiday and we took time to relax by the pool area on site which was excellent, clean, with lots of loungers and quiet too.
We flew into Sandford airport, a 45 minute drive away, but the house is easy to find with Kissimme Old Town being in the middle of Bronson Highway 192, you cannot get lost. The property is well maintained and the management company on site, make you feel right at home. If you are looking for a townhouse as opposed to a villa or hotel, you will not find better value or locality with Vic & Jackie's place. From the minute I made my email enquiry, he was straight on the phone and this proactive positive communication made the booking and the travel to the house seamless. I cannot praise Vic enough. We had a wonderful time and just knowing that you were in the epicentre of everything, and the fact you could relax by the pool and unwind with a pint, all added to the holiday.

We were two families, a total of 9, 6 adults (19-47) and 3 kids (12-16).
The rooms were great the master was huge with a lovely bathroom, the downstairs double was large with a great ensuit, and the two twin rooms were large again, and the family bathroom was more than ample. The living room, dining room and kitchen areas were all large and well equipped.
The location right behind Old Town Kissimmee is fantastic, the teenagers loved being able to walk to Old Town, and across to the flea markets and shops. Being right on the 192, it was close to all amenities, there is a publix right across the road about a 5 min walk, which would cater for all shopping if you dont have a car, the bus stop is a 2 min walk, with a car, disney is 10/15 mins, universal 20/25 mins, Walmart is a five minute drive in either direction. It really is the ideal location. I had been concerned about the noise levels coming from Old Town, however I had nothing to worry about, you couold hear nothing when inside the house.
I would highly recommend this property to single groups or families, its location really does lend itsself, the only thing that would have made it more perfect would have been to have TV/DVDs in a couple of the bedrooms, more so for the kids. However this did not detract from the holiday at all.
As a family of 7 we were looking for somewhere to stay near the old town in kissimmee.After looking at various hotels wse decided this option too expensive and we would have required two rooms. We therefore opted for a town house on the Regal Oaks resort which turned out to be the perfect choice. Victor the owner was very obliging and helpful throughout and because we paid in pounds the cost was extremely reasonable.His house met all my expectations and more,the rooms are spacious,comfortable beds,first class furnishings,and everything you require if you wish to do some self catering.On our quiet days when we didnt go to the theme parks,we spent time round the brand new,terrific pool area which has a water slide,lazy river and a hot tub. The pool was always heated,never busy and is great for adults and kids and is situated in a quiet area next to a lake and is only a one minute walk away. The property is at the back of the old town, literally a 3 minute walk away. There are rides for the kids and plenty of places to eat and drink and live entertainment for all ages and when you stroll back to your home there is no noise and it is very peaceful.
The location to the theme parks is ddeal and if you dont hire a car this is also no problem,there is a lynx bus across the road which for 2 dollars takes you to disney in about 10 minutes.
I would certainly be happy to stay here again in the future.

The prices are rental costs for our townhouse and not per person. This price includes all taxes and cleaning costs.
For rental periods of less than 7 nights an additional cleaning charge of £45/$85 is payable.
A non-refundable deposit of £100/$200 per week is payable at time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to rental.
A security deposit of £150/$250 is also payable within 8 weeks prior to rental. This is held against any damage or breakages and will be refunded in full following a satisfactory end of rental inspection.
Cancellations within 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in a 50% loss of total rental cost and cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will result in a 100% loss of cost.
Prices are in GBP Sterling (£). Payments can be made by cheque (GBP Sterling).( $ US Dollars) or by credit/debit card to be paid via Paypal. Payment by credit card will, however, incur a 3.5% fee.
A digital door entry system is in place and the code will be given to you prior to your arrival.
