Our home is an ideal place to relax when not visiting the parks, a lake near by to walk around with an exercise track for those who want to be energetic.
The villa is bright and airy, has high ceilings and plenty of living space. It is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms. The spacious immaculate kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms comprise a master bedroom with a Queen sized bed, TV, walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate corner tub, a second bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a TV, a second bathroom with tub and shower, a third bedroom with Twin beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds with a Disney theme. All the bedrooms are attractively furnished. All linen is high quality white cotton. We also provide plenty of clothes hangers! The fully furnished living room includes a 3 seater and two twin soft leather sofas and includes a 32 inch TV, DVD player and Music Centre. There is large table in the kitchen (seats 6) and a dining table (seats 6) in a separate dining area.
Enjoy lazy days and warm evenings by the pool or under the covered area, which can be lit at night, without being bothered by bugs.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Kissimmee has many restaurant's and Shops, the 192 is just a mile away with Palmate our local corner store. Florida Mall & millennium.
Florida is mainly a very watery state with hundreds of lakes , it is home to the Alligator and fresh water crocodile, these are mainly found in the south in the Everglades.
Around the local area , we are situated in a quite community surrounded by woodland and lakes ideal for fishing,only five minutes drive away is the Walmart super store on HWY 192 near to the Medieval Times Diner theme this is a must do , there are a multitude of Restaurants and fast food outlets such as McDonald's . we are only 15 minutes drive to the Walt Disney Magic Kingdom , Sea world and Epcot theme parks also close to all other Major theme Parks , One hour drive away is the Kennedy Space Centre this is a must see and do , great for all ages.
The climate in Florida has two seasons wet and dry warm all year round, average temperature about 82% , ideal to go to the Beach, one hour drive away to the East coast to CO-CO beach for quite relaxation to soak up the Rays, and the west side only One hour drive is Tampa Bay in the Mexican Gulf superb area for fishing and water sports.
Kissimmee / Indian Point area
The majority of Orlando's attractions can be reached within 10 -15 minutes and shops including Walmart and restaurants are just a few minutes drive away. Melbourne Beach is only 1 hours drive at the end of the 192. It's an ideal location for those who play golf with courses just minutes away.
Some of the local attractions include: Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Wet & Wild, Boggy creek Air boats, Melbourne Beach are all with an easy drive.

Further details indoors: The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and - for our British guests - an electric kettle as well as plenty of necessary pots pans and utensils for 8 people. There is a large capacity washer and drier in the utility room, together with an iron and ironing board.
Further details outdoors: The pool is within a screened area and can be heated if required – not normally necessary April – October. There is also a large covered area providing shade, featuring table and chairs and 2 sun loungers also within the screened area.
