“Absolutely wonderful home, I would definatly recommend this home” Home was just as pictured, it was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay at "Belleair". The owner is very friendly and quick to respond. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with a large group in the Disney area I would highly recommend "Belleair"!

“Confortable beautiful property for a group of 12” It was my first experience in vacation rentals and was a bit worried that all would work out well. The communication with the owner was fluid emails and phone calls to finish some details , contract signed and deposit made. The instructions to get to the property were very helpful, Gated community very well kept, the house is very nice ,pool looking onto a small Bella Vida community lake. The property is as described on the web page, Group of 12 various teens and many in their twenties, stayed for eight days ,space was ample and the bedroom suites helped, kitchen was big and comfortable , we had a lot of meals on the property, would be helpful some more cooking utensils , and the bedrooms have king or queen beds (excellent) but not ideal with teens, they have to share a double bed, single beds that could be put together like hotels would be more than excellent. The heating was a plus as we had several very cold days (3 Celsius) and we didn't feel it Y paid for the pool heating but we hardly used as we got late from the parks and it was far to cold to be out in open air ,the hot tub was used various days and was excellent. Ping pong table and air hockey were extras in the garage that were really appreciated. The property is on the Route 192 and getting to the parks is very easy and quick, there is a 24 hour Wallmart 100 metres helps a lot when coming back from the parks late and getting dinner made was very easy .

“Belleair villa exceeded our already high expectations!” We chose 'Belleair' after reviewing many similar sized villas around Kissimmee. Our first impression when we entered the villa for the first time was even better than we had expected. extremely spacious downstairs and even with our 2 families (4 adults 4 teenagers) we didn't need to use the sofa's and dining area as you enter the villa. All the bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage space and we liked the idea of the washing machine and tumble dryer on the spacious landing - very convenient. When we were in, we spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining/lounge area which was again very spacious and very well laid out. The sunbathers enjoyed the spacious sun deck and dips in the pool and the mood lighting while we were eating at night on the deck made for a lovely holiday atmosphere. We did walk up to the main pool on several occasions for a change of scenery and found it to be very quiet, which was great. We had a good look at the other villas on the site and thought that for view and sun on the pool, Belleair was in one of the best positions. It is always difficult to get an overall impression from photos, although that's what we went on when we booked the villa - but Belleair is even better when you actually see it.

Dear Iain,Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.We have stayed in many homes over the last few years & yours is definitely the nicest and most comfortable.The pool/spa were amazing,and we loved relaxing and watching the local wild-life,including the Sandhill Cranes that visit daily.The games-room was fantastic,and after the little ones went to bed,we enjoyed nightly ping pong,darts and air-hockey tournaments with our nieces and nephews.Then we all retired into the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!.It was a great retreat between Disney trips.
Thanks again!! We can't wait to come back!.
