About the home

The Villa has recently been completely renovated. It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge with separate dining area, kitchen, utility room, double garage and heated pool. It overlooks a beautiful lake in a quiet and safe residential area.
The kitchen has all the modern appliances including telephone, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. The lounge is provided with a 42 inch digital high definition cable television (HDTV) with theatre surround sound, DVD, VCR, Sony PlayStation II and stereo music system plus wireless internet access point. The master bedroom has a cable TV and telephone and TVs in the remaining bedrooms. The double garage houses a pool table, table tennis and table football.
The entire property is air-conditioned and tastefully furnished and can comfortably house six people.
It has a private 30ft heated pool with patio and views across a lake and wildlife reserve.
Everything you need for your holiday is supplied.

The villa has TVs in all bedrooms with a large screen high definition (HDTV) cable television in the lounge. A sony playstation is provided plus a small library of books, videos and DVDs. A table tennis table, pool table and a table football game is located in the garage.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The Villa is in the northern part of Kissimmee fifteen minutes drive from Orlando Airport and fifty minutes from Sanford Airport. Disneyworld is a fifteen minute drive.

It is situated in a quiet residential area called Spring Lakes on the banks of a large lake and nature reserve that contains an abundance of wildlife.
You are within easy reach of the major holiday attractions and golf clubs. A nearby supermarket sells most of the additional items you may need during your holiday.

The Kissimmee / Kissimmee City area

Kissimmee is a residential town with shops and facilities close by. It is set in orange groves and is the ideal place for a holiday.

There is a quaint down-town area next to Lake Tohopekaliga where you can take part in water sports and fishing. There is a small shopping area, a railway station, small airport where you can take light aircraft flying trips and an island nature reserve. To the north is the 192, complete with restaurants, bars, shopping plazas and motels. Every so often you can see fields, woodland and lakes.

“Fabulous villa in an excellent location” This is a fantastic villa with everything you need home from home. The owners keep it well presented and have added everything you will need for your holiday. The location is perfect for all the parks and attractions. We stayed for 2 weeks with a 6 year old and had the perfect holiday, i will recommended this villa to everyone going to this area. Keep up the good work Linda Scott
