This spacious (3400 square feet) Estate home has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms are upstairs and three downstairs. Downstairs, one Master King Suite with tv and bathroom en-suite, one Master Queen room with tv, shower room next door which leads out to the pool, and one King bedroom with tv. * Upstairs,one Master Queen Suite with bathroom en-suite, two further bedrooms with twin beds and one full bathroom. * All bedrooms have 20" tv/dvd combos in them. * Four of the bedrooms have closing curtains in them and most have luxury pillow topped mattresses. * There is a large comprehensively equipped American Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large American fridge, coffee percolator, quality cookware, crockery and utensils. * Separate Laundry Room with washer, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. * Informal Dining room plus breakfast bar * Formal Dining Room at the front of the house * Large Family Room with 56 inch HDTV, comfortable sofas with a 6.3 metre high cathedral ceilings, and galleried landings at the back of the house. * Games Room, Playstation 2 on 43 inch tv, Air Hockey table, Pool table and Bar Football table. * Lighted 32 by 16 heated and screened secluded south-facing pool (not overlooked by neighbouring properties) * Shaded lanai with full range of dining and lounge furniture for dining al fresco! * All linens and towels except beach towels provided. * Hair dryer(s) provided. * Telephone with free international calls. * Wireless internet connection. * Barbeque, laptops,bicycles,cots, cribs, strollers, playpens and high chairs available on request. * No smoking and sorry no pets. * Welcome pack available on request. * Daily maid service can be arranged if required. * Beauty treatments can be arranged * Chefs can be hired.
Formosa Gardens is just off the 192 Only TWO miles from Disney and two minutes from the Formosa Shopping Village with its supermarket, shopping and family restaurants. Several golf courses including P.G.A. courses are located within a few miles. Whispering Palms is managed 24hrs 365 days a year by a well respected Management Company. The house is fully maintained with cleaning, pest control, landscaping and pool servicing and the Management Company is on call 24/7 for your convenience during your stay. The home is fitted with a pool security alarm system. The house offers all the modern comforts that you could wish to find in a holiday home of this calibre.

Whispering Palms is a very comfortable home to return to at the end of a busy day at Disney. Most of the windows have closing curtains if required and we have purchased very comfortable pillow topped matressess to ensure a good nights sleep! Formosa Gardens is just off the busy 192 so it is very easy to get around from here. We work hard at maintaining the standards in the home and we have management on call if required. On your day of departure you can stay in the home until you need to leave for the airport.

Formosa Gardens is a gated development. It is one of the most prestigious developments in the area. There is a central lake in which you can go fishing at your own risk.

We have had a great holiday. The house was as you sold it to us. We loved it. My husband is a chef and he enjoyed cooking with all your good quality utensils. It makes a change to have nice china in a rental home.
