Further details indoors: The house is positioned at the head of a cul-de-sac so no throught traffic and backs onto one of the beautiful lakes with a fountain which illuminates on those lovely relaxing evenings sat out by the pool watching the sunset.
The house itself is light and spacious and is big enough for more than one family sharing. On the ground floor are two living areas. The first one has sofas and a dining room for more formal dining. This leads to the fully equipped kitchen which has another dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you would expect from a top quality home including fridge, freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, cooker not to mention all the normal utensils required to make life easy.
Leading from the kitchen is the 2nd lounge area which has a comfortable seating area and large screen t.v, dvd and video. This room leads out through patio doors onto the pool area.
The pool area itself has a large pool with jacuzzi and an oversized deck which is screened. There is a covered lanai area with fan to keep you cool on those wonderful hot Florida days. There are plenty of lounges and tables and chairs for alfresco dining. The pool area is south facing and has a fantastic view overlooking the lake and fountain.
On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms and between them is a family bathroom with bath and shower. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and a patio door leading to the pool area and the second has twin beds. Also on the ground floor is a utility room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
Upstairs is the large master bedroom with king sized bed which leads through an archway into the larger than average en suite which comprises, oval bath, large shower cubicle, his and hers wash hand basins, and vanity units and his and hers walk in wardrobes.
The upstairs has two more bedrooms with a family bathroom between them with a bath and shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds.
All the bedrooms have walk in closets, t.v's and dvd players. At the top of the stairs is a fun area with t.v and playstation 2 console.
The games room has a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and their is an electronic darts board.
This house has everything you could wish for and more and from a family point of view we think its perfect and are very proud of it.
Further details outdoors: The house has an oversized deck area which is screened and has a private pool and jacuzzi overlooking the lake and fountain. Its south facing for the sunlovers out there yet you can also face westwards and watch the wonderful florida sunsets over the lake. (very relaxing believe me). For your comfort there is ample luxury seating in the form of 8 chairs and two tables, 4 lounges and a parasol. The lanai which has some shading also has an outdoor fan/light to help cool you down on those sunny days. There is a child safety screen which can be used to separate the pool from the decked area and child safety patio alarms for parents peace of mind. Being at the head of the cul-de-sac means that no house is right next door and being at the head means other properties are splayed away from each side of you offering more privacy. The lake at the back also means that properties over the other side are some distance away. The cul-de-sac position also give you the bonus of knowing there is not passing through traffic and the area is more than peaceful and tranquil. Being a gated community also means you have extra security as access is gained through a key coded pad. There is a children's playground area and wonderful nature trails around the conservation area which surrounds the whole community.
