About the home

Family owned, and enjoyed for 10 years, our property is ideally located for parks, shopping or just relaxing in the heart of Florida. The property sleeps up to 7 people and is well furnished with spacious rooms and comfortable furniture. There is a view onto the fishing lake behind the property, which is ideal for lazy strolls in the sun or sitting by the soothing waters of the lake and reading a book.

There are 3 shared outdoor pools with sun loungers, tennis courts, a children's pool, and children's playground. The property is also suitable for wheelchair access and has a parking space available.

There is a games room in the semi residential gated community, and our property has Sky Television, Air Conditioning and all essentaial appliances for your perfect holiday.

Perfectly situated for all disney parks,shops& resteraunts.
Developing area,always something new to see.
Short drive to beaches (Datona, Tampa Miami a little further)
45 mins drive from space centre. Shuttle launches are GREAT.

The Kissimmee area

If you get out of Disney, dont forget UNIVERSAL only 20 mins drive and home to some BIG rides.
There are sone great flee markets locally selling old an dnew goods.
Dinner shows are a MUST For horse lovers I recoment the ARABIAN NIGHTS

Sanford airport is usually the most affordable entry point for your holiday.

It is served by all of the majour tour opporators,and is only a 45 min car ride away from your holiday of a lifetime.

All the big car hire companies are also available at Sanford.
