About the home

Our beautiful lakefront villa is set in the perfect location for your dream holiday so close to the Florida Theme Parks, shopping and golf courses yet set in a peaceful private community with a stunning lake view.

Just imagine sitting relaxing with a cold drink or dining al fresco by your own private swimming pool as the sun goes down, it's very hard to believe you're only minutes away from the shops and restaurants of Hwy 192 when you sit looking at the superb views or watching the wildlife on the lake.

Our spacious bright, 2600 sq ft, 5 bed, 3.5 bath villa has ample space for your family and is equipped with everything & more that you will need for your perfect holiday, including swimming pool and hot tub on the deck plus Games room inside. the South facing private pool catches the sun all day long, plus there is lots of cover for when it gets too warm.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
Our family room has plenty of space and is equipped with a large plasma screen TV, Video, Dvd and CD player. The formal living and dining room is separated from the Family room by a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a breakfast nook, laundry room and Games room.

The attractive master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, video and radio alarm and ceiling fan. The adjoining en suite bathroom has a corner bath, large shower cubicle and his and her vanity units and hair-dryer.

To complete the master suite there is a walk in closet. Also on this floor there are a further 4 spacious bedrooms.

One king size bed, one queen bed and two with twin beds, all of which contain cable TV, walk in closets and ceiling fans. There are a further two bathrooms each with bath, shower, vanity basin and hair-dryers.

Further details outdoors:
Our property has the benefit of a south facing lakeside pool as well as a Spa / Hot Tub, gas BBQ. There is also a large covered lanai for when the sun gets a little too hot and you need the shade.There is sufficient 'quality patio furniture to accommodate guests.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida is the perfect holiday destination. Right on your doorstep you have Walt Disney World, Universal studios, Seaworld and water parks and great shopping malls and golf courses.

Further afield you have the wonderful Gulf and Atlantic Coast beaches also Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens etc and the wonderful state parks.

The Kissimmee / Sunset Lakes area

Sunset Lakes is a small gated community set in conservation woodland surrounding 2 natural lakes just 5 miles from Disneyworld maingate, which means you can easily visit the parks in the morning, pop back to spend time relaxing by the pool watching the wildlife before returning to the parks in the evening.

Sunset lakes also has a community pool and kiddies play area plus a fishing dock.

All this and yet you are just minutes away from the many restaurants and shops of Hwy 192.

A fine selection of golf courses are also close by

“Fabulous South Facing Lake Front Villa Very Close to Disney.” We had a great holiday and enjoyed the use of your villa. The villa is furnished and decorated to a very high standard, which impressed us. There wasn't anything we needed that you didn't have. Bedrooms were great, all good sizes, and with every room having a TV/video nobody felt as though they were missing out. (You know how petty kids can get!). Our daughter loved the big bath, and the wife thought it was a challenge to fill the walk in wardrobe area with new clothes. The in-laws felt better with the passports in the safe. (I think they've watched too many American films.) Pool was good and I'm really pleased we paid for the heating. It's one of those little things, which makes a big difference. Pool area was great with lots of room for everyone. The Internet worked well which was something, which was important to us. Our son has exams soon and we made him do 2 hours work a day which he needed the Internet for. I wanted the Jacuzzi and to be honest I was never out of it. Having the pool table and bar football in the garage was useful. (Apart from when I was hustled for a couple of dollars by the kids that is). I think you should put up a sign – 'no hustling'

What a fabulous home to rent for your vacation. The facilities were wonderful, its extremely clean, spacious, has everything you could possible wish for. It caters for all age groups. The home definitely exceeded our expectations. The owners provided excellent customer service, and answered any questions which we had and were extremely helpful.
Its very close to good restaurants and a grocery store should you wish to rather stay in and have a barbeque.
I would definitely use this home again and would recommend it to a friend.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say what a great time we had at your villa a couple of weeks ago.
In fact, we had a great time altogether – the sun shined the whole time, 80 to 86 degrees every day, which was fantastic after such a long winter, we had a great time ‘doing’ the parks, plus had a day at Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre and managed to get up early enough to go and watch the shuttle launch from Titusville.

The house is great. Perfect for what we needed. So much space, really nicely maintained and well equipped. And needless to say, we made good use of the pool!

I’m so pleased we were able to book with you….and hoping that perhaps we’ll get to come back again, after all, the Harry Potter park hadn’t yet opened, so we’ll have to come back to see that!

Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay in such a luxurious villa on our first holiday in Florida. It was difficult to choose initially because there are numerous web sites offering similar properties. It was difficult to choose between them, as we had no way of differentiating between those seemingly offering the same product.
As it was, your villa was an absolute dream. We were smitten from the moment we walked through the door to thoroughly sad the moment we left. We had an absolutely memorable time here and would love to return soon. This villa was part of a fantastic holiday and maybe part of another too. Everything was above expectation and we all revelled in the fantastic of the place. It really is a short drive to the main resorts and there are main shops nearby. It really does catch the sun on those days when you don't go out and you have complete privacy throughout the day/evening. We all had the time of our lives on holiday in your villa. We all agreed the villa made the holiday with travelling with three small children it was absolutely prefect for our holiday as they liked nothing more than playing in the pool after being in the theme parks all day.

To top that we walked outside to be met by an absolutely stunning view of the lake.

We had a great time at the villa. The pool and hot tub were lovely and the
kids loved every minute splashing around. Both girls learned to snorkel in
it in preparation for our trip to Discovery Cove, which was amazing. The
aspect and location were also great - and we soon found the 8-minute
shortcut to animal kingdom.

We ate at Outback and Kools on more than one occasion and Tony won't be
looking another steak in the eye for a v. looong time.

There was a family of storks (cranes?) with 2 tiny babies, which regularly
visited us, and the wildlife around the lake was wonderful to watch.

The villa was clean, bright, and very well equipped. Having WiFi was a huge
selling point for us.

On a positive note, the keypad was ideal. No keys to worry about, which was
great, especially with 2 families coming and going.

In summary, everything about the villa was great and we would definitely recommend it to our friends. We all had a fantastic and memorable holiday.

Hello,
I just wanted to drop you a short note and tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was absolutely perfect. I found out on our drive down to Florida that my sister, her husband and my fiance were all a little sceptical about renting a home site unseen over the internet. I wish you could have seen there faces and the kids faces as they raced through your home. There were a lot of ooh's and ahh's. Everyone right down to the two 4 year olds were delighted. The pool of course was the biggest hit to the kids and the bathtub in the master bedroom made their bath time a lot of fun! We added to your collection of floating tubes. I wish on your web site you had a spot for renters comments, I would like to tell the whole world what a wonderful place this would be to rent. It certainly added to our vacation. The weather was perfect. We saw Disney, Seaworld and Universal and after each it was great to come back to the house and cool off in the pool and make dinner on the grill. Also we were able to see the Disney fireworks at 9:00 each night from on top of the hill across from the front yard. So thank you again, you made our vacation even more special. Maybe we will do the same next year! Have a great night.
