The awesome game room will be sure to thrill kids of all ages with the stand up full size arcade which features 75 different games,along with a full size pool table,air hockey table,Thomas the train table,full size wooden kitchen and doll house, playstation ii,and too many games and extras to mention make this the perfect area to entertain kids of all ages.
The kids bedrooms are themed. We have the ultimate princess bedroom,Lizzie Mcguire bedroom and Camo/GI Joe bedroom which are sure to delight every guest. All the adult bedrooms are total luxury down to the super plush towels and soft cotton sheets. There are 9 tv's in the home including the big screen in the family room. The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
2 miles from Walt Disney World property. Along 192, which you will be .5 miles from, has many restaurants to choose from and many shopping and souvenir shops to walk through. 10 minutes from Down town Disney that has Pleasure Island for the older kids, Disney Quest for kids of all ages and shopping for women of all ages. 15 minutes from Universal Studios; Hard Rock Cafe; Wet N Wild water park. Orlando stays warm all year round.
Kissimmee / Windsor Hills Resort area
Windsor Hills Resort has a great club house with Sundry shop and movie theatre. The kids will want to stay at the club house pool all day and play in the game area inside the clubhouse into the night. There is a great kid's park right across the street from this house that is built like a castle. The park has a life size chess board that you can have hours of fun with. Walt Disney World is only 2 miles away.
The town of Celebration has nightly events in their down town area which is within a 10 minute drive. Old Towne, which is right past Celebration is a mini amusement park for the kids and has a few fun rides for adults. Many restaurants and shopping centres close by to get the last minute gifts.

Further details indoors: This home is geared toward kids but adults will love it too. This home has a princess bedroom that every girl will love, Lizzie McGuire bedroom for the older girls and a cameo/army bedroom for the boys. The adult bedrooms are great for the adults. Two of the adult bedrooms have bathrooms attached to them. Every bedroom has a television. There will be days when the kids will not want to leave the house because the great gameroom has a 75 game arcade game, playstation II, Thomas train table, doll house, pool table and air hockey table. and pool and spa in the backyard.
Further details outdoors: We have free high speed internet!! Our guarded/gated community, located just 2 miles to Disney World includes a luxurious pool with fountains, water slide, spa, toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children’s playground.
The clubhouse has billiards,ping pong tables and a video game area, a sundry shop, fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, and high definition surround sound movie theatre that is free to our guests.
Every thing you need for the baby is here. We have a pac-n-play,full size stroller,umbrella stroller,high chair,car seat,swing,bouncer chair,exersaucer,monitors,guard rails,safety gate,baby tub and many toys. The pool area is fully stocked with beach towels,toys,rafts,games,ect.
