Large Lakeside Villa on Windsor Hills gated complex with 6 themed bedrooms & 4 bathrooms including a themed games room with computer and high speed internet access.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout and all bedrooms have there own TV & DVD and some with PS2 console with a large selection of games for playing your favourite games on. In the main room there is a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games. There is also a large selection of DVDs to watch.
The villa benefits from having a large 28ft x 14ft pool that incorporates a waterfall spa and a large pool. There is a child saftey fence around the pool and alarms on all exit doors from the villa A large patio area for entertaining around the BBQ with views across the lake. No rear neighbours and close walking distance to the club house and water park.
In the games room there is pool table, darts, table football, air hockey and a CD changer. Also available is a baby walker, pushchair, highchair and a car seat. In the bedroom there is 2 x cribs/cots
In the master bedroom you will also have access to a computer with fast Internet access and a safe for keeping all your valuables safe
There is a landline telephone for making FREE local calls and a US mobile phone you can use while you are on vacation.
The Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse features a huge lagoon-style pool complete with water slides, gym and cinema

There are many unique factors to The Palms' new course. One is that it is actually two courses in one.
The 'low-country' eastern nine gives golfers the opportunity to play through meandering wetlands and one hundred-year-old Oak Hammocks, reminiscent of classic Carolina courses. The western nine gives players the sensation of playing on a dunes-style, British Isles links course featuring elevation changes as much as 50 feet in certain areas.

We had a family gathering with 6 adults and 2 kids, and Character's Corner was a fantastic alternative to more expensive suites or hotels. By far the best thing for us was your own private pool which our girls enjoyed immensely. The house is new and well maintained; the decor is fun but not overstated; management was responsive and very helpful; all the amenities of the house and Windsor Hills are as advertised. We particularly appreciated the view of the lake from the pool, and the location of Windsor Hills to Disney is as good as it gets. This is a great choice if you want to benefit from good value accommodations where you can escape the theme parks and make some of your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. If you have a larger group, there is no better way to enjoy the Disney experience

Hello Warren, Just wanted to let you know our family had a terrific time in Florida, your home is beautiful. Our 3yr old daughter just loved the princess room so much she even slept by herself all night. Your home is nicely decorated, lots of toys for the girls which was great. The location is great, very close to everything our girls loved the park and our 1yr old had tons of fun with the dancing water at the club house. Everyone had a great time I even went down the water slide, what a laugh. Just wanted to let you know that at night you can not only hear the fireworks go off but you can actually see them from the master bedroom upstairs where the computer is. So many great things to say about the house, the trip everything. Thanks again, hopefully we can come back next year Cheers Kelly
