With its private, fully screened, pool which is serviced and cleaned once a week and a deck area which provides ample space for sunbathing you can be sure you will be able to unwind and enjoy peace and quiet whenever you want to.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
What can we tell you about Florida that you don't know already? If you've not been before, we recommend a car. Floridians don't walk far - big wide roads and few footpaths. But there are plenty of scenic walks near the villa and/or a short drive away. It is hot most of the year, but afternoon storms are normal - quick busts of rain and then the bright hot sun is out just as quickly as it went in.
Kissimmee / Indian Point area
We could write a book on what to see and do in the area - but there is no point because there are already hundreds of books on the market! There is enough to keep everyone happy / occupied for every day of your holiday, and it's all on your doorstep.
Indian Point is surrounded by woodland, most of which is a conservation area. The site offers free tennis courts and a recreation area for children. A large lake enhances the centre of the site. The DISNEY RESORT is only 20 minute drive and many other attractions such as SEA WORLD, EPCOT, MGM and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS are close by.
5 minutes drive will take you the bright lights of 192 where you will find top class restaurants and a variety of entertainment. Walmart is also a convenient 5 minutes away from the villa.
From the villa's central location it takes about an hour to reach the GULF COAST BEACHES at Clearwater and St Petersburgh, and also the BUSCH GARDENS (West Coast) and the COCOA BEACH and KENNEDY SPACE CENTRE (East Coast). Venturing further afield a few hours drive South offers the GOLD COAST, MIAMI BEACH, THE EVERGLADES and the unforgettable KEYS.
A GOLFERS paradise, Indian Point offers 2 or 3 courses close by that are open to visitors. All equipment can be rented from the clubhouses.
How to get there
There are lots of flights to Orlando International Airport or Sandford. We supply easy to follow routes to Palm Tree Villa from these airports.
Car hire recommended - all major companies provide cars at both airports. We advise pre-booking online in US Dollars to get the best rates (it is not advisable to pay for upgrades at the airport though as this usually proves very expensive).

Further details indoors: The MASTER BEDROOM boasts a King Size Bed, a large-en suite and a walk in wardrobe. Hair dryer and cable TV also provided. The bedroom looks out onto the private pool. BEDROOM 2 is a double with a Queen Size Bed, large closet and also has views of the private swimming pool. BEDROOM 3 is a double with Twin Beds, clothes closet and chest of drawers. There is a SECOND BATHROOM between bedrooms 2 and 3 complete with bath, shower, WC, vanity unit etc.
The LOUNGE room contains a large screen cable TV and sleeper sofa which pulls out into a double bed. There is also a dining suite for long leisurely meals after which you can step out of the patio doors to the swimming pool to relax and soak up the beautiful Florida sun!
Towels and linen are provided throughout the duration of your stay and the fully-equipped kitchen makes catering a breeze with its GE clean range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and automatic ice dispenser.

A credit card number is also required to secure your booking and we prefer the security deposit to be paid by a debit or a credit card which has an expiry date at least three weeks after the end of your holiday (to enable easy refunds to you card).
