We're very proud of our wonderful, luxurious, brand new townhouse, which is situated at the incredible Paradise Palms 5* Resort. Paradise Palms offers more than just a house to stay in - it's a resort in every sense of the word.

It has its own clubhouse complete with a large games room, gym, sauna and magnificent pool area with hot tubs and a children's pool (and play area). The Club House has Internet wireless (as has our house!) and it even has a Concierge service! Paradise Palms is a 24 hour gated community, with digital video surveillance, giving you the assurance of security and peace of mind and yet, it is all just minutes from the major attractions that Orlando has to offer.

Our house will create the perfect holiday for you. You have the combination of your own space, with your own screened, private, splash pool and sun terrace. The house has flat screen plasma TV's in every room, and enjoys pay-per-view movies. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All three bathrooms have their own shower facilities and hairdryer. We also have a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board - so all areas covered!

And, apart from all that, you can still enjoy the amenieties of the Paradise Palms Resort where you can indulge in a drink from the bar in the clubhouse and get involved in all the activities the resort has to offer such as tennis, a card room, table tennis, basketball, cycling, fishing and it even has its own cinema!

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Florida offers a fanatastic all year round climate where sunshine is the key word. Paradise Palms is just a 6 minute drive to the Disney World complex via the new 429 road accessed from US192. And, we're just some 20 minutes drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild and all the attractions of International Drive which can all be reached from Interstate 4, itself a 5 minute drive from our house.

For the more adventurous, Busch Gardens is some 40 minutes west on the Interstate 4 with the amazing beaches of Tampa and St Pete's just 90minutes away

Kissimmee / Paradise Palms area

The great thing about Kissimmee and Paradise Palms is that you have all of Orlando on your doorstep. From great attractions like Disney, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World to great shopping malls and fantastic restaurants - it's all just minutes away.

And for all your shopping needs we have Walmart , SuperTarget and Publix within minutes of our house, while US 192, which we are seconds from, has every food outlet you can imagine!

If you would like to rent Majesty Palms for your vacation please email us (or call) we will also be delighted to discuss the house, resort and area further. A deposit of £100 or $200 (non refundable) per week is required at the time of booking with the balance of payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure then payment in full is required.

For rental prices in US Dollars please contact the owner.

For stays of less than 7 nights a £60 cleaning fee will be added again payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

All prices are excluding 13% state tax.

A 3% transaction fee will be added for payments made by Credit Cards ( PayPal )

A security deposit of $250 will be required at checkin.

Prices may change at owners discretion and without notice.
