This 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom pool home is a luxurious villa located on the exclusive gated resort of Emerald Island, just 3 miles from Disney. The home is furnished to a very high standard and is fully air conditioned, plus all bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as Cable TVs. With our guests comfort in mind we have an extended pool deck with a full length Lanai and beautiful conservation view, its a perfect home to relax in after a tiring day at the theme parks or shopping Malls. The deck itself is furnished with tables and chairs for outside dining as well as comfortable sun loungers, we even provide you with pool towels. The pool itself is 12x30 and has a spa attached.
Emerald Island Resort is one of the closest communities to the Disney theme parks and very close to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets situated on 192 West. Additional theme parks such as Universal Studios, Islands of adventure and Sea World are also within a 25 minute drive from the resort via Interstate 4.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida has a all year round warm climate. Orlando is famous for the many theme parks.
You are only be around a five minute drive from the gates of the Walt Disney World Resort where you can visit the Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.
Kissimmee / Emerald Isle Kissimmee area
A 20 minute drive and you can ride the movies and visit Islands of Adventure and City Walk. Also just a short drive away is Sea World with Killer Whales, Dolphins and other sea creatures as well as a roller coaster and water ride.
Kennedy Space Centre is around an hour's drive. There you can learn about the history of the space programme, see the launch pads, go to the Imax theatres and much more. If your visit coincides with a shuttle launch then it will be a day you will never forget.

The pool deck also has a large lanai area for when our guests require shade from the sun. The deck is furnished with tables, chairs, reclining chairs and loungers.
