Luxurious Villa with stunning view of the lake from the pool deck. Superb pool and spa, 30ft by 15ft. Fully air conditioned with 4 luxurious bedrooms all en-suite. Fully equipped Games Room with Air Con providing Pool & Foosball table, Air Hockey.
There are two Master Bedrooms with Queen Beds and two twin bedrooms with a further sofa bed in the Lounge area. A cot is also provided. Will sleep up to 10 guests. The Living area is spacious with fully equipped kitchen, plus Island breakfast bar, dining area and lounge area. There is a Washer & Dryer and all linens are provided.
Each bedroom has a 20" LCD TV + DVD player. The Lounge has a 50" Samsung Plasma TV + Theatre system. The view of the lake is truly stunning.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida offers many attractions and a great all year round climate making it ideal for any time vacations. Being only 5 miles from Disney the Villa's location avoids many of the traffic queues.
Atlantic and Gulf Coasts are easily within driving distance for a great day out. For the Golf enthusiast there are many Courses close by and the conierge can help with bookings and discounted Green Fees. For the shoppers, there are many Malls and Outlets close by.
Kissimmee / Bellavida Resort area
Bella Vida Resort is Park Square Homes newest and most luxurious development yet. Bella Vida Resort has been on an Italian Theme and is extremley tranquil although it is situated just off the main 192 West. There are many restaurants close by and Interntational Drive, Lake Buena Vista are a short drive away.
Other local attractions are Themed Crazy Golf, Air Boat Rides, Helicopter Rides and Old Town Kissimmee with its fun fair rides and shops. For the Space enthusiasts Cape Canaverel is approx 60 mins drive away. Clearwater Beach is approx 2 hrs away.
How to get there
Orlando has two major airports (Sanford & Orlando International MCO). Charter Flights tend to go into Sanford and Schedule Flights to Orlando Interntational.
Recommended Internet Sites for flights are Expedia, Airline Network, Opodo, Last Minute & E-Bookers.
Travel from Sanford takes approx 40 Mins, take direction to I4 West (Tampa), turn off at US192 West , Kissimmee. Proceed to Medieval Times Themed Dinner Show, turn right to go behind Theatre and Bella Vida is on the left hand side. If coming from Orlando MCO take the Toll Road (Beeline) signed International Drive. proceed all the way along to join the I4 West and then directions as above. Both Airports have all the major Car Hire Companies to pick up Rental Car within the Terminals. The Villa is ideally situated for Disney, Universal, Sea World and Water Parks. Disney is only approx 5 miles away.

The Club House offers Gym, Cyber Cafe, TV Room, Concierge, a large zero entry outdoor pool & spa, in addition there is a basketball & volley ball court and toddlers playground. Relax in our fabulous pool and enjoy the views of the entire lake looking down to the Club House. The On Site Management Company ensures your vacation runs smoothly.
Further details outdoors: The Villa has the largest pool, 30ft x 15ft with a spa. The large decking area provides ample space and has a table and chairs and sun loungers. The views of the lake are superb and give a tranquil setting after a day at the Theme Parks.

Cancellation Charges Policy - bookings cancelled in excess of 6 months of arrival - 50% of Deposit refunded.
Bookings cancelled within 6 months of arrival but before 6 weeks of arrival will receive a refund of 25% of deposit. Bookings cancelled within 6 weeks of arrival will receive a refund of 50% of total rental provided full payment has been made. If full rental has not been paid then no refund of deposit will be made. If full payment has not been received by 2 weeks prior to arrival we reserve the right to cancel the booking
