Beautiful townhouse with privately screened splash pool - fully equipped to make your holiday a "home from home" experience. Flat screen TV's in all rooms, full entertainment system including a Playstation 2. 3 bedrooms - 1 kingsize bed, 1 double beds, 2 single beds & a double sleeper sofa, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, fully fitted and equipped kitchen including washer, dryer, ironing system, microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, dinner service, glasses etc. Towels and bed linen are included although we request the bathroom towels are not to be used for the beach or poolside.

We also have cable TV, phone, CD/DVD/PS2 in the townhouse - on the very slim off chance you find yourself with nothing to do ! or you can use the gym with full fitness facilities or check out a movie at the cinema both of which are onsite.
Further details outdoors: Our townhouse is in a lovely secluded position with off road parking in a secure gated community, guests have free access to all of the recreational facilities and amenities of the Windsor Hills Resort. There is a useful convenience store, an exercise room and a games room, a full-size swimming pool, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a special play area for children, as well as a cinema showing the latest movies for free! Our townhouse is in an ideal location to explore the many tourist attractions of Florida or to just enjoy a relaxing break away from it all and you're never far from the entertainment staying at Windsor Hills !
The Disney Resort Parks of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and MGM Studies all within a 5-10 minutes drive. There are also the two Disney Water Parks of Typhoon Lygoon and Blizzard Beach close by too. Slightly further afield, within 10-15 minutes drive, you can find Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure along with City Walk (excellent night clubs), Wet N'Wild Water park and various shoping outlets including The Florida Mall and various shopping outlets on International Drive. For the golfers, there are a few golf courses within easy reach including Mystic Dunes (opposite Windsor Palms), Disney Golf Clubs, Celebration and Kissimme Golf.

The property is available to rent 52 weeks of the year, we accept short term stays (minimum 3 days), holiday lets, corporate and long term residential lets. We have a management company in the immediate vacinity who are on hand 24hrs a day to look after you throughout your stay.

Please email first to check that your desired dates are available. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will be sent a booking form which should be completed and returned by mail oe email together with your 10% deposit (we accept cheque or card payments). If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival then full payment must be sent with the booking form. Any balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival in the US. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and after your deposit has cleared the bank. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by all persons occupying the property.
£40 Cleaning fee applies to all reservations. 12.5% tax is applied to every reservation (compulsory tax in Florida)
Check-in is 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is 10:00 am (please advise if you require an earlier check in or later check out - we are happy to accommodate)
