We try to make our home a true home from home with all the creature comforts you take for granted – books, CDs, children's games, towels to use by the pool, fully equipped bathrooms, a hairdryer in each of the 5 bathrooms, bedside clocks, night lights, fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons and even a tea-pot for the Brits! Free long distance telephone calls and cable in every room. The only home comfort missing is a games consol and that's only because my own son would never leave the house if we gave in! You can however hire a PS2 from our management company along with a couple of games for a very reasonable sum.

Where do I start? There really is something for everyone in Orlando. Theme Parks - obviously! - amazing shopping, huge variety of restaurants catering for all tastes, fantastic themed water parks, numerous championship golf courses, wildlife and only 1 hour from the coast.
Kissimmee / Windsor Hills Resort area
Located just off 192 West ,Windsor Hills lies 5 kms from Disney property - just follow the short cut directions available in the house to avoid the traffic! Within 3 kms you can find shops, supermarkets, a medical centre and restaurants yet I4 is only 15 minutes drive away

Each of the 5 bedrooms features cable TV, DVD and clock radio along with ceiling fans and full air-conditioning.
Professionally furnished and styled each bedroom has its own identity encouraging a restful nights sleep after a busy day experiencing everything Orlando has to offer. With 1 King Master, 2 Queen Masters and 2 Twins our villa comfortably sleeps 10 with cots and other baby equipment available to hire if required.
The formal dining area seats 6 at the spacious dining table with seating for a further 4 in the lovely kitchen noon area.
Our bright and spacious family room features cable TV, DVD/VCR & stereo system. With books, family board games, DVDs and CDs available for your use this is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standards to ensure a luxurious holiday, the open plan family room opens directly onto the pool and deck area. South facing the pool benefits from maximum exposure to the Florida sun although the covered lanai offers shade if you prefer! With yet more ceiling fans, sun loungers, security fencing (to keep your little ones safe) and outdoor dining furniture the pool area is the perfect place for casual entertaining and alfresco dining.
Our fully fitted kitchen features all the usual amenities – dishwasher, full range, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer with icemaker, kettle and an unusual item in Florida – a teapot!! With an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer located in the garage we really do offer home from home vacations. Free long distance and international calls available to all our guests is the icing on the cake.
