About the home

Windsor Palms is a fabulous resort style community and has all the facilities that you would expect from its 5 star status all completely free when you stay at Disney Paradise. It is one of the closest communities to Disney located along Formosa Gardens Boulevard just off Highway 192. The resort is an oasis of calm and tranquility and is a perfect setting for a luxury vacation in Orlando.

Conveniently located a mile from the shopping, eating and services of the beautiful Formosa Gardens. A GENUINE three mile drive from the gates of Walt Disneys' animal kingdom. Windsor palms resort is the premier 5 star resort community and is adjacent to a conservation area, the perfect destination for the discerning vacationer.

The Disney Paradise villa has four superbly decorated bedrooms and three bathrooms. The open plan kitchen, with an island in the centre, is perfect for entertaining and the dining area is large enough for up to eight guests. The large living area with its vaulted ceiling looks onto the beautiful over sized private pool and spa beyond the covered lanai in the back yard. The two master suites have en suite facilities and one even has private access to the pool deck.

The villa is fully equipped and very luxuriously appointed for a wonderful vacation. Fully air-conditioned and spacious for that home from home feeling.

Renting the Disney Paradise villa gives you automatic FREE membership and UNLIMITED use of all Windsor Palms 5 Star facilities in addition to the 7500 sq ft clubhouse these include:

However, before you leave the Orlando area with your family, be sure to check out the other great amusements outside of Disney World, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and the water parks of Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon and the fabulous new Aquatica.

You can also visit the fabulous Cocoa Beach and take in some surf and sand and venture a little further to Kennedy Space Centre and marvel at the size of the Saturn V rocket and maybe see the Shuttle on the launch pad. Bookings are taken with a £150 deposit which includes a £30 booking fee. The holiday balance becomes due 8 weeks before departure. For bookings less than 8 weeks before departure 100% payable at time of booking.

Alterations to bookings (subject to availability of dates) will be charged at £20 per amendment.

In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be only be returned once the dates have been refilled minus the booking fee, cancellation charge and any amendment fee.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Late checkout can be arranged at £30.

Payment is by cheque or Paypal (see booking form for details of where to send payments)

Payments can also be made by credit card (2% surcharge applies)

Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. We will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.

POOL HEAT IS NOT COMPLIMENTARY, there is a charge of £15 per day payable with your booking. Generally pool heating is only required from October to April, however the pool heating can be turned on at anytime by our managing agents. Pool heating not paid prior to departure is paid directly to the managing agent. It takes approx 1- 2 days for the pool to reach the set temperature

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and Disney Paradise SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the home.
