The villa benefits from a community pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a stunning view of the lake. Furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double beds ,and two family bunksbeds, the villa is ideal for families. There is plenty of things to do in the surrounding area during your stay. You will never get borred.
The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The Villa is fully furnished, and will provide towles and linnen for everyone. Guests will be welcomed by our home management. They will also make sure the stay includes 2 rolls of toiletpaper,papertowls,dishliquid, new soap in every bathroom and 2 oz shampoo.
Extra service as limousine pickup at the airport, food in the fridge, personal chef, spa at the house can all be arranged ON YOUR BEHALF before you arrive.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
The region is upcoming and growing. New stores are beeing built, restaurants, health spa etc. There is lots of shopping, and a lot of other things to do. You will never have a borring vacation . There is something for everyone to do at all times.
The area is served by Orlando International Airport (25 mins from the Villa) and Sandford International (mainly for charter flights).
The climate is hot all year around, but with the added humidity, summer temperatures often exceed 100F. No worries,since the villa is airconditioned, as are the cars and shops. The temperatures between October and March are cooler (80F +), but the lower humidity gives a more pleasant feel to the climate. Some like it hot, and some not!
Kissimmee / Near Disney area
There are many different places to visit, like Disney World, Kennedy Space centre, Cocoa beach, fishing, shopping, golfing and mini golf . Daytona beach is only an hour away, and if you would like to go to Miami Beach, it is only a three hour drive away . There wil be a catalog in the house, with plenty of options of where to go. Also catalogs for dining options with coupons!! Our home management will give you some inputs on what to do, and what we can offer you during your stay!
How to get there
From Orlando International Airport , Take Interstate i4 west to Tampa, get of exit 192 east , make a right at Hoagland blvd which becomes Pleasent Hill rd after about 7 min drive, take a right at Brigthon Lakes resort , and drive the Brighton Lakes blv to the end, where you meet Sweetspire, make a right into the circle, the house would be on your left side.

The Villa is perfect for families, and we give away 2 TICKETS to Disney World ( Universial studios), if the house is rented for two weeks, three tickets if rented three weeks and so on. We will also give a special discount for the third,fourth and fifth weeks rental.
Conditions
This is mainly a short term rental house, but we will also consider longterm rental not more than 3 months. Contract will be signed when booked.
