CALEDONIA is located just a few miles from Golf courses and Walt Disney World. Lots of family entertainment is available nearby, including Medieval Times (Jousting) and Capones (Chicago style) both fantastic Dinner Shows.
There is a vast array of restaurants that can be reached within minutes and a few British Bars for the homesick.

There are lakes nearby for anyone wishing to go fishing..Locally you can purchase a fishing license for a small fee and relax with friends fishing in any of the many surrounding lakes. Another great way to meet new people.

The property is available for bookings from one week to 3 months.
Although the interior of the villa is non-smoking, our guests can smoke in the covered lanai area overlooking the pool.
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation within 2 weeks of booking (non-refundable).

Final balance due 6 weeks prior to travel.
A refundable deposit of £100 is required with final balance.

The Sunshine State of Florida, temperatures soar throughout the year. Kissimmee Florida, only a few miles from Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.
Fanatastic shopping just a short drive away, including Premium and Prime Outlets as well as the Florida Mall and Mall of Millenia.
Major areas of interest Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach are just short of one hour drive from the villa.
Busch Gardens and Tampa Bay 90 minutes drive.

The Kissimmee / Indian Point area

Golfers will be thrilled that within 5 miles are several of Florida's finest golf courses: Kissimmee Oaks, Falcon's Fire and Solivita are less then 10 minutes drive from your front door. Kissimmee Golf Club is only a 5 minute drive.
Located 6 miles south east of Walt Disney World, yet you will feel like you are in the ranch lands of the most remote parts of Florida. Indian Point's location was chosen as it was not only full of wide open spaces and surrounding pine forests, but also close enough to the excitement of Walt Disney World and other attractions.

From airport take the 417 south to Exit 10 (John Young Parkway) drive south to US 192.
Indian Point is located close to US 192.
Flights from all major UK airports to Orlando International (30minute drive) or Sanford airport (60 minute drive). Flyglobespan, Travelcity, British Airways and Virgin Atlantic are just a few of the airlines from UK to Orlando.
A variety of Car Hire Companies are available at both airports, however I would recommend booking your car from UK as rates are competitive in UK.

“Our third vaction at Caledonia” This was our third time visiting this property,we have always found the owner to be very helpful with anything that we have needed or any problems that have cropped up.We have always found the area to be very clean and well maintained.It is a very quiet area but also very easily accessed from the main road(192).Nicely located for shopping,eating or going to the parks, we will be looking to book next year sometime subject to it being available.

“Very nice villa” I would recommend this villa. I will return next time I go to Florida. It is lovely and comfortable with plently of space to relax both inside and outside. Very close to Lake Buena Vista and Premium Outlets. It took us 15 minutes to drive to Disney Main gates. My husband and his friend liked being able to go to different golf courses without spending too much time in the car. I liked the private pool and hot tub.

“Excellent Excellent Excellent” We found the Villa to be really Comfortable, Spacious, Clean and in a Fantastic Location. Access to main route to the Parks very easy, Walmart just 2mins away from Villa. In the villa itself we found the pool area to be really good with more than enough Loungers and Chairs for around the pool, also plenty of pool toys for the kids. In the villa we found a book with loads of hints & tips on how to get the best out of your visits to the parks(Written by other Guests) and we found this really helpful. This was my 2nd stay at the Villa, I had previously been with friends. So went back with my Family there were 8 of us and there was room for more.
