Private 5 bedroomed villa, relax in the south facing swimming pool, Our villa boasts internet service with router, television in all 5 bedrooms rooms all with cable, dvd players to 3 of the bedrooms and one in the lounge.Separate laundry room with dryer.Main bedroom has a king sized bed with large en suite with oversized shower and tub . Bedrooms 2 and 3 have single beds very tastefully decorated for children. Bedroom 4 has double sized bed with en suite. Bedroom 5 has queen sized bed .Upstairs there is family bathroom.Downstairs boasts tv room/dining area/and 2nd seating area.Modern kitchen with all utensils/cutlery and all necessary pots and pans needed.There is also downstairs w/c with wash hand basin.Tv room has dvd player and playstation 2 with games.The garage has been used for a games room with electronic hand basin.Tv room has dvd player and playstation 2 with games.The garage has been used for a games room with electronic pool with screen enclosure.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Based on the famous remington golf course and kissimmee bay golf. Within a few minutes drive is St Cloud and a great beach and harbour. this picturesque area is a great spot to unwind. local amenities are superb, 192 is only a mile away where there is an abundance of shopping, drugstores and restaurants. Downtown kissimmee is not far and is worth a visit.
5 minute drive is the florida turnpike which leads to universal within 20 minutes. Disney is straight down the 192 and is reached with 25mins.Of course being the entertainment capital, there is sea world, discovery cove,wet and wild, cocoa beach daytona,busch gardens at tampa and of course all the shopping malls you can squeeze in, all within easy reach.

Kissimmee / Remington area

Windsor park is one of the finest gated communities in kissimmee, located in the prestigious Remington Golf and Country club set in 734 acres. It is complemented by a recreation area. Here you will find sports and relaxation that include golf, fitness club,basketball fields, junior olympic swimming pool, tennis and football courts and much more. Remington golf course was voted the "Best new golf course in florida" and was deisgned by course designers, Ezell, Clifton and Clifton from Golf Design Group Inc., At St Cloud there is a fantastic beach for all the families enjoyment and is mainly used by the locals, a wonderful gem of a location.Within 5minutes there is the the highway 192 with dennys restaurant, and numerous others.Also walmart is 15minutes away.Easy access to the turnpike which will lead directly to the shopping malls and theme parks. Worth a visit is boggy creek airboat rides across the swampland which is only 10minutes away.

Bedroom 2,3,5 have glorious open views across the pool and lake. All rooms have walk in closets. The master bedroom has a large en suite with shower enclosure, w/c and bath. There is double wash hand basins with hairdryer.Also available in the master bed is a alarm clock and telephone. Main bedroom en suite has large enclosed shower, the others have quality power showers over the baths. All have illuminated vanitory units. Bedrooms 3/5 have twin single beds with tasteful children themes.All have dressing tables, bedside tables and assorted lamps with energy bulbs. The family bathroom is in the middle of rooms 2 and 3.hair dryers are available for use.
You will find everything you need to make this property your home whilst on your vacation. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and is in a great location at the entrance to windsor park. There are no immediate neighbours to the left as there is a very peaceful park for lesiurely walks. Neighbours to the right are divided by a 6ft fence which makes nights by the pool very private.Whilst the sun shines down make use of the 2 parasols to keep things cooler. On site facilities include full size pool and small fitness room, all within 5 minutes walk

The glorious swimming pool is family friendly with a shallow end for the small ones.Also this can be heated for your enjoyment.The access is through patio doors which have a safety feature to warn any one going through if a button is not pressed. Around the pool are patio tables with parasol to take cover from the florida sun. There is 2 sun loungers and various inflatibles to keep all amused. Experience eating al-fresco in this delightful and peaceful setting. Swim in peace as no on overlooks the pool. No neighbours to your left and the neighbours to the right are blocked via a 6ft fence

A £200.00 / $300.00 security deposit is required when the property is booked. This amount may be varied at the discretion of the owner.
