About the home

This fabulous house overlooks open fields and woodland to the rear. The Private Owners use this as their own vacation home and are pleased to make it available to other visitors to the area when they are not using it themselves.

This 2 storey house is in a small Gated Development at the end of 'Seven Dwarfs Lane', only 10 miles (10 - 12 minute drive) from Disney's main gate and is located just off the US192 (between location markers 12 & 13) where you can find everything that you would need as well as providing easy access to all of the attractions.

As well as the owners, many happy families from all over the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe have used this property as their vacation home and many will return on a regular basis to enjoy the comfortable accommodation and the peaceful location with its tranquil backdrop that you can enjoy even whilst in the screened pool. THE POOL CAN BE HEATED but will incur an additional charge.

We know that you will not be disappointed with the accommodation and we are certain that you will enjoy your stay in this home.

“great location for parks!” I booked this villa for my family who had come to Orlando for my wedding. The villa was very big inside with plenty of space available. Cable TV, WiFi were available which was good for keeping in touch back home. It had loads of toys for kids in garage and a BBQ. It was in a great location very close to parks and all the shops, restaurants etc of Kissimmee. Nice pool and outdoor patio in the back with no neighbours at the rear looking in. The kitchen could have been cleaner on arrival although I think a group had left that morning so the cleaners would have worked hard to have it cleaned for my family. The lawn looked as though it hadn't been mowed for some time although this was done promptly after contacting the owner. All in all the booking process with the owner was excellent, the villa was amazing value for money and I'd recommend it. “PERFECT HOLIDAY HOME” We have stayed in about six villas in florida over the years and i can honestly say this is the best by far, you are a minute from the 192 and the shops and about 5/10 minutes from the theme parks, the villa meets all your needs and the villa is gated so it is safe for young children as well, would recommend to all.. I dont even know where to begin! Your house was GREAT!!! It was so much more than I expected! We had a great time. The weather was chillly, though, so we didnt get to use the pool too much. We had a great time just hanging out with family and friends.

We had a wonderful trip from Dec 21-30 while staying at your beautiful home in Kissimmee. Everything was just perfect with the house and we really enjoyed the pool. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to use the pool even on the cooler evenings. The fact the pool was non-chlorinated was also a plus.
It is ideally located and was the perfect size for our party.
We will certainly recommend your home to friends who are planning to visit Disney in March.

We really enjoyed our stay July 14-21, 2007 at your vacation rental. We found everything just as described. There were 10 of us and we were all very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements, the kitchen, the living rooms, and the pool.
