About the home

This fabulous house overlooks open fields and woodland to the rear. The Private Owners use this as their own vacation home and are pleased to make it available to other visitors to the area when they are not using it themselves.

This 2 storey house is in a small Gated Development at the end of 'Seven Dwarfs Lane', only 10 miles (10 - 12 minute drive) from Disney's main gate and is located just off the US192 (between location markers 12 & 13) where you can find everything that you would need as well as providing easy access to all of the attractions.

As well as the owners, many happy families from all over the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe have used this property as their vacation home and many will return on a regular basis to enjoy the comfortable accommodation and the peaceful location with its tranquil backdrop that you can enjoy even whilst in the screened pool. THE POOL CAN BE HEATED but will incur an additional charge.
The rates quoted on this site are a guide only, when you receive your personalised quotation it will take into consideration the size of your party so in order to reduce cleaning costs and save you money, if appropriate, we reserve the right to lock some of the bedrooms.

“Dirty house. Broken items. Unhelpful owner. Beware!” We were a party of 4. (Couple and 2 kids) , but wanted a nice LARGE house, so found and booked this 5bed. Paid £375 for the week with/without pool heat option, 29 Oct-5 Nov 2010, although website said £305 for the same period for party of up to 12. On arrival the internal temp was 78f. It was hotter in the house than outside. I located the room thermostat to reduce the temp, but it was encased in a locked perspex box. I rang the Manager,(Murial) who arrived the next day, and I asked her to turn the aircon lower. Murial said she wasn`t allowed by the owner to lower the temperature, but said `why dont you lever the box off with a kitchen knife like other renters do and dont tell the owner` Naturally I didn`t as I didn`t want to lose my £200 deposit. So all week we endured high internal temps! Of the 5bedrooms, 2 of them had been locked off to us, so I asked the manager to unlock them as we had paid for a 5bed house, not a 3bed. She emailed Keith Edwards, the owner, who replied by email that if I wanted more bedrooms unlocked, then I would have to pay extra. Murial gave me the email print as proof of his reply. The broken items were :- The cooker front ring didnt work. The 3 bbq`s in the garage were broken and filthy with grease. The bins in the garage emitted a `Methane Gas` smell as they hadn`t been emptied, that smell had leached into the house. The waste disposal unit in the RH sink when operated would belch filthy drain smelling water into and over the crockery that was in the LH sink. The pool screen, according to the neighbor next door, had been ripped in 2x places by the gardener, therefore insects would get into the pool area. Additionally, towels were frayed, bulbs missing/not working fry pans damaged, kitchen bin lid was broken, and debris under the master bed was left and not cleaned from the previous 2 or 3 renters past. Keith Edwards, the owner, tried to alter the payment method. Instead of me paying via PAYPAL as he originally stated,he wrote and told me to join up to ALERTPAY who I had never heard of, and pay the rental through them. TAKE MY ADVISE, AVOID THIS ONE!

“great location for parks!” I booked this villa for my family who had come to Orlando for my wedding. The villa was very big inside with plenty of space available. Cable TV, WiFi were available which was good for keeping in touch back home. It had loads of toys for kids in garage and a BBQ. It was in a great location very close to parks and all the shops, restaurants etc of Kissimmee. Nice pool and outdoor patio in the back with no neighbours at the rear looking in. The kitchen could have been cleaner on arrival although I think a group had left that morning so the cleaners would have worked hard to have it cleaned for my family. The lawn looked as though it hadn't been mowed for some time although this was done promptly after contacting the owner. All in all the booking process with the owner was excellent, the villa was amazing value for money and I'd recommend it. “PERFECT HOLIDAY HOME” We have stayed in about six villas in florida over the years and i can honestly say this is the best by far, you are a minute from the 192 and the shops and about 5/10 minutes from the theme parks, the villa meets all your needs and the villa is gated so it is safe for young children as well, would recommend to all..
