About the home

This spacious detatched 4 bedroom villa offers exellent value per person. It is in an ideal location for all of the attractions in the Orlando / Kissimmee area. It is situated just off the 192 between mile markers 13 & 14 on a quiet residential estate. We do not use a management company, the villa is looked after by our next door neighbour [ who is always around to give you any information you require.]

As well as own pool , there is also a communal pool , basket ball and tennis courts.

This spacious detached villa boasts vaulted ceilings, fully air - conditioned with ceiling fans in each room.

The large lounge has a 42" plasma tv with cable tv and a formal dining area in addition to the breakfast dining. Also in the lounge is the free WIFI, printer & iPOD docking station.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Downstairs is the masterbedroom with en suite it has super kingsize bed and walk-in wardrobe, tv. The further 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor with queen size bed in one , the other 2 rooms have 2 twins in each room, plus a further bathroom on this floor.

Further details outdoors:
The 30ft x 15 ft pool which can be heated if required at extra cost (£50 per week) is accessed from the large patio doors, there you can relax on the sunlounges, we have a private outlook so you can relax in peace and quiet after a day at the parks or shopping. There is a double garage for you to use . Also there is a gas BBQ available for use.

Further details

A cleaning fee of $75 is applicable on vacating the villa.

Conditions

A deposit of 50 GBP per week is required at the time of booking. The pool heater if required is 50 GBP per week extra. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but ok on pool area.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida is the number 1 destination for british holiday makers, the reason being it has more theme parks, resorts and things to do, than anywhere else. Kennedy space centre [ 45mins drive ] is a very educational experience. Busch gardens which is on the way to tampa [ approx 1hr 15 mins ] is an african based theme park, with roller coasters and indoor and outdoor enterainment.

In discovery cove you can swim with the dolphins, seaworld which is a marine world adventure park, which will keep you entertained all day. Universal islands of adventure and universal studios are 2 parks ajacent to each other, which house some of the most exiting rides and entertainment in the USA.

There is also the disney theme parks , which consist of, the magic kingdom, epcot, animal kingdom and MGM studios, not forgetting the 4 terrific water park, wet n wild, aqua world, typhoon lagoon, blizzard beach.

The Kissimmee area

The Kissimmee area has a wide range of restaurants to suite all tastes . You can visit Old town [ 10 mins drive ] where on a fri and sat night , there is a parade of 100 plus american classic cars, which are on display , also there are bars with karaoke, restaurants and a fun fair. Within 1 mile of the villa there is walmart,where you can buy just about anything at great prices. For entertainment there is a mile long gokart track, medieval times, [3mins drive ] which is a dinner show with jousting etc, also Alcapones [ 10 min walk ] which is also a dinner show with a gangster theme.

There are numerous shopping designer outlets which offer exellent value.

The nearest airport is Orlando international which is a 20 mins drive, all the schedule ailines fly into this airport or you fly into Sanford which is approx 40mins drive, most of the charter flights use this airport. The villa is easily reached from both airports.

You can either pre book a hire car or pick one up at either of the airports.

“Fantastic Luxury property close to Disney!” We have just returned from a 2 week Holiday to Florida and used this house as our base. The house is located in Kissimee which is an ideal base to visit all the attractions, Disney is about 15 mins, Universal 20 mins, Gatorland is 10 mins (worth a trip!). There are Walmart, Publix and Target supermarkets 5 mins drive. The house is beautiful with everything you could need, lovely furniture etc Its in a lovely quiet area and is very relaxing, not forgetting the stunning pool! The kids were in there as soon as we got there!! Florida is a holiday of a life time....great weather, parks, beaches etc. I would reccommend a trip to Clearwater Beach, approx 2 hours away. The owners are very friendly and was really easy to book. 5 stars!!!! Thanks!!!
