About the home

This beautiful 6 bedroom Villa comfortably sleeps 12 people and is set in the stunning location of Rolling Hills. What sets our Villa apart from the rest is our grand amenities. This gorgeous 6 bedroom Villa has 4 large master suites, 2 Disney themed rooms with twin beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas. There is a large wide screen Television and DVD system, cable television is also provided in the family room master suite and all bedrooms, some of which also include a DVD and VCR players. There is a games room equipped with a full size pool table and football table. The Villa features a large heated swimming pool and an extended deck area which is fully screened. A cot is available, 2 highchairs and a variety of pushchairs. There is a selection of videos, games, books and toys for all ages together with a Playstation. There is Wi-Fi internet access at the Villa.

The property is fully equipped and is inclusive of all linen and towels. The property is also set up for families with a cot provided, 2 highchairs and a variety of pushchairs. There is also a Playstation for the children. Wi Fi Internet access is available at the Villa.

There is an extended deck/lanai area around the swimming pool which has a variety of table, chairs and sun loungers. There is an outside fan in the lanai decked area and the swimming pool also has lighting. The Pool can be heated but this is an optional extra.

Should pool heat be required this is available at £90.00 per week. Payment can only be accepted in British Pounds.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The Villa is in the closest residential community to the Disney Theme Parks (2 miles away) 5 minutes. It is situated just off of the Highway 192. Universal Studios, Seaworld are approximately 10 miles away and Busch Gardens, the Kennedy Space Centre and beaches are within 1 hours drive. There are also six golf courses within 10 minutes of the Villa. Also for the not so professional golfer there is lots of crazy golf within 10 minutes of the Villa which is great for all of the family. There are also lots of water parks within 10 minutes if you prefer to chill out and let the kids swim the day away. This is truly a wonderful place to visit and so much to see and do you will want to come back time and time again to try and see it all.

The climate within Florida is sunny all year round.

The Kissimmee / Rolling Hills at Formosa area

Rolling Hills is a quiet residential within easy access to all amenities. Only 5 minutes away there are a selection of restaurants, supermarket and a walk-in 24 hour medical centre. The nice thing about this villa is that it is close to all Restaurants and shops and for the keen shopper the shopping outlets are only a 10 minute drive. The Highway 192 can connect you to all of these and more theme parks Universal and Seaworld are only a 10 minute drive. Also Celebration is worth a visit as this is a town which was originally built by Walt Disney and is an old american style town which offers shops and restaurants overlooking a lovely lake. Also the old town of Kissimmee is worth a visit which has been kept to the original style.
