Beautifully furnished to a high standard throughout, this fabulous holiday home has three bedrooms (king-size, queen & twin, all with en suite facilities), living room and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, and is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. We can host 6 people comfortably and the home includes everything you will need to make this your holiday home from home. The private splashpool which backs onto a woodland conservation area at the rear of the house is calm and not overlooked, and is the ideal place to cool down, relax or plan the next activity on your holiday! We also have 50" TV in living room, hi-speed internet access, as well as a DVD and an XBox 360.
In a great secluded position in a 5* secure gated community, guests have free access to all the recreational facilities and amenities of the Windsor Palms Resort. There is a useful convenience store, an exercise room and a games room, a full-size swimming pool, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a special play area for children, as well as a cinema showing the latest movies for free! You will be perfectly positioned for the many theme parks including Disney World, Epcot Centre, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and water parks like Wet 'N' Wild and Aquatica. Shoppers will love the various malls nearby, including Orlando Premium Outlets where top brands are all available at great prices. There are plenty of restaurants and bars available nearby. The beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast are only an hour away to the west. The Atlantic coast and the attractions of Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona Race Track are an hour away to the east.

Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen (includes cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer (including ice maker), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a waste disposal unit). Spacious lounge: 3 seater settee and 2 seater settee, a 50" TV with cable and DVD player, a phone with free local calls, and credit card facilities for long distance calls. It also incorporates a dining table area with seating for 4 (+ 2 bar stools to breakfast bar). Bedroom: Queen size bed, en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit and hair dryer.
Upstairs: Master bedroom: king size bed and a flat screen TV and DVD combined. Enjoy the en suite facilities with bath, shower, vanity unit and hair dryer. Third bedroom has two single beds, a flat screen TV, and an XBOX with DVD player - perfect for the kids! Includes en suite with bath and shower.
All cutlery, crockery, bed linen, and towels are provided. Our advice is to travel light as our home has almost everything you could possibly need.

There is local shopping: the Formosa Gardens Boulevard area has a grocery store, 24 hour Walgreen’s drug store and Supermarket and there are many restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets all less than 2 miles from the Windsor Palms Resort.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £200 (taken by credit card) required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
