Internally our spacious home often accommodates two families providing two living areas, one formal lounge with classic sofas and and coordinating dining suite plus a Wurlitzer Jukebox for those festive family occassions, and a second 3D Cinema room with a 65inch inch flat screen TV with luxury leather reclining cinema chairs and film memorabilia Also added for guests enjoyment Cable TV with English sports channels .The family room is separated from the kitchen and breakfast nook by a breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with every labour saving device. Both rooms overlook the pool and Conservation .
Luxury appointed fittings throughout, the vaulted ceiling in the luxury family room presents a light spacious and airy feeling to the home .The double patio doors leadin to the pool area & extended deck area provides the perfect living space for Al fresco Dining . Pool area complies with Florida safety laws . .Pool toys/floats and towels are provided . Luxury outside seating is available for upto 12 guests .Crockery and utensils are also provided for,for both inside and outside entertaining . Extensive lighting and additional fans all add the outdoor experience,a safe haven for sunbathers and wildlife watchers.
There is also a ground floor utility room housing family sized washer/dryer and ironing facilities
For children and those of us who are young at heart we provide a galleried game area including a PS3/. with games Guitar Hero Plus 100 Playstation 2 games. A computer and high speed internet access is available at no extra charge. Wireless broadband also available .Our games room is AIR CONDITIONED for guest comfort with pinball / 8ft slate bed pool table/air hockey/fooseball/darts electric scooters and much more..........

The Master bedroom is lavishly furnished with an imposing king size bed ,overlooking the pool and woodland. En suite facilities include full bath suite/large shower,his / her walk in closets and illuminated vanity units. Extra Quaility bedding/sheet/towels provided. A 53inch TV has been added to this room with cinema surround sound plus Games Console and Ipod charger. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms . Enjoy a soak in our sunken bath whilst enjoying the cinema surround experience ....watch a film or listen to music of your choice. High quality bedlinen and towels.

The ground floor Queen suite has sliding doors leading to the pool deck. This room affords plenty of storage including double wardrobe /bedside drawer space and large imposing dresser/drawers with mirror. This room also has a plasma TV /games console and ceiling fan .Extra luxury bedding & towles provided in all bedrooms.

There are three further bedrooms one double and two twin rooms with adjacent bath/shower/wc. All bedroom suites have TV/DVD/Playstation Consoles/ double storage closets radio alarm clocks dressers and mirrors. The bedroom and bathroom layout is ideal as family suites or at least 3 couples have their own bathroom. The spa has an AUTOMATIC switch and timer to make the most of you relaxation time .This premium plot has no walk through around the pool area thus offering maximum peace privacy and tranquillity whilst viewing the local wildlife. Not overlooked from any aspect by other villa owners. EXTRA LIighting around the pool and garden for evening dips in the pool and spa. We have our own BBQ on our private garden at no extra charge. This site is a secure gated community that can only be accessed by key pad code. Owners also provide a safe and house security system for guest use. We also provide fishing rods for use on the lakes. Fishing permitted without a permit .Football / Soccer nets on the play area are great for youngsters to have a friendly match . we loved it and right now we are looking through our commitments to find dates for us to book again. We also had a big party at the weekend and showed of your villa to all our friends and they all said they would love to go so fingers crossed a few bookings on the way. I will also be telling everyone at my monthly meeting for Ornithologists about it as it is a great base for bird watching and I found all the species of birds I had on my large list. This is useful information if you love birding but don't know where to go. The wildlife is awesome and we had some great sights during our tour of the states. Thank you both for a great place to stay and as Arnie says " I'LL BE BACK ". I look forward to receiving the deposit back as my wallet is now empty after my wife's shopping so bye for now.

Super holiday ,we all had a great time. the kids want a pool at home now!, although the Scottish weather won't be so good. House is beautiful but my mum missed an electric kettle.

Hi, everything was great!!! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the house, I think even more than the Magic Kingdom! First couple days were cool, coolest since 2003 according to the news, but it warmed up. You definitely have thought of everything when equipping the house. I know us dad’s loved the Golden Tee! I think we now have to go buy a Golden Tee and a Wurlitzer Jukebox since they were a hit.
We hope to come back in the near future and definitely stay in the house again. We all thank you for a great time in Orlando!!
