This is a new town house in a superb new development. It has four good sized bedrooms and additional sleeping provision in the separate games room and living room and so can sleep up to a total of 12 people. Highlights at the property include our hot tub where you can relax and take in the lakeview, and our games room with table football, TV and playstation where the young and not so young can entertain themselves. This is an ideal property for a family getaway or reunion and a perfect base for the Disney attractions. Coral Cay offers great facilities within a gated community. Onsite there is a kids play area and a large community pool, children's pool and spa. In the clubhouse overlooking the pool you can play air hockey, pinball or video games, or watch a movie in the theatre, or just relax in the big, comfortable chairs. For those with excess energy there is even a fitness trail around the community.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
The 'Sunshine' state offers so much to so many.
Whether its the Theme Parks around Orlando, the large number of Golf courses, or the beach resorts on the Gulf or Atlantic coasts, that special and memorable vacation is guaranteed.
If it's a Disney holiday that's being planned then our house in Coral Cay is an ideal base. We're only a 10-15 minute drive from the Disney theme parks - The Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot Centre and the Animal Kingdom. It's hard to pick a favourite - try them all and see which you prefer. The water slides, lazy rivers and the giant wave pools of the Disney water parks are also great for all ages. From our location you are spoilt for choice of things to do during your holiday.
We go there as a family, have been there with parents, and have used it as a base to meet up with relatives living in the US. The Disney attractions are a highlight for the young and not so young, the older kids really enjoyed Universal Studios, Wet n' Wild and Seaworld.
Busch Gardens make for a great day out, and it is hard to resist the bargains available in the nearby large shopping malls. You get so much more for your money here!.
Both the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts are well worth a visit - why not make it a two-centre holiday? We have taken day trips to the Kennedy Space Centre and this is always a highlight.
No matter how you like to spend your holidays Florida can cater for you, and all in a hot and sunny climate!
Kissimmee / Coral Cay area
Our house is only 15-20 minutes drive to all the major theme parks and attractions. There is immediate access to Highway 535 which leads directly to Disney. This road will also take you to the Lake Buena Vista Outlet mall within 5 minutes of leaving the house. The house is also in a great location just off Highway 192 with its many restaurants, shops and leisure activities such as crazy golf. Within a 5 minute radius of the house you have a 24 hr Super Walmart, a Walgreen Pharmacy as well as a large choice of coffee houses and carry out eateries. Although we are in a very central position the Coral Cay development is in a very peaceful environment and so gives you the ability to travel directly and quickly to all destinations as well as being able to relax after a very busy day at the parks.

How to get there
Coral Cay Resort is perfectly situated in Kissimmee for easy access to the Orlando attractions and Golf courses. It is just off the US Highway 192 on Old Vineland Road between markers 14 and 15 - very close to the Super Walmart.
