This is a a beautiful 2007 mediterranean style property which has been designed, built and decorated to be the amongst the best . With 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms this is the perfect choice for all holiday makers in Orlando Florida!
All bedrooms have an en-suite and built in wardrobes. There are 2 very spacious lounge and dining areas, a fully equipped luxury kitchen, a butler’s pantry, a Miami Dolphins themed games room with 8ft slate bed pool table and table football, an extended pool and spa (both heated and not over looked to the rear) and which sit on an extended fully screened deck area.
There are four sun loungers, table and four chairs and a large stainless steel gas grill / barbeque.

This villa is a fantastic and comfortable place to sit and chill, just what you’ll need after a day at one of the many memorable attraction parks, shopping malls, restaurants or golf courses.
All attractions are within just a few miles! The 192 is less than a minute from the resort gate and Wallmart (the supermarket) less than 500 yards from this resort entrance.
As you arrive through the security controlled gates an impressive community greets you with a 25 foot water fountain and Bellavida’s luxury 6,700 sq ft clubhouse with on-site concierge, fitness centre, arcade/games room, cyber cafe (free internet access), spacious lounge with TV’s, a huge pool and spa, plus basketball and volleyball courts, all of which are free to use!
BellaVida, is Italian for ‘beautiful life’ and this estate features a collection of inspired family vacation homes, which will remind you of being in the Mediterranean, and which are surrounded by beautiful conservation areas and community lakes.
Our villa is located on the Bellavida resort in Kissimmee, behind the popular Medieaval Times. Kissimmee is the closest location to all the main theme parks including Disney World, Sea World and Universal.
Gatorland and Kissimmee Old Town are nearby and there’s a vast choice of restaurants to choose from ranging from budget through to fine dining.
If you are looking to connect with nature, you can take a leisurely stroll through the Italian style gardens, or around the 10 acre free fishing lake which will surely take your breath away.....

Flights are easily available into both Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Sanford Airport (SAN).
You definetly require a car to make the most of your visit to Florida during your stay. Both airports host most of the major car hire companies. Pre-book online to get a good deal and save time on arrival. We found Alamo's deal with all insurance included to be good value and no add on selling at airport.
