A secluded paradise "in the middle of all the action!" Your vacation will be enhanced by staying at one of our vacation homes. They are tastefully decorated and feature quality appointments with a greater attention to detail in both styles and amenities. Our vacation home offer a bright and spacious resting place after those long, fun days under the Florida sun. Relax by your own private swimming pool, enjoying a tropical drink or an alfresco dinner for family and friends to gather around. Breakfast by the pool is wonderful, with the birds and the squirrels keeping busy and keeping you amused.. Inviting, pleasing decor marked by nicely coordinated furnishings are visible throughout this home. Come in and make yourself comfortable. Our master suite has a huge King size bed. The second bedroom is also outfitted with a King size bed. The other two bedroom have 2 twin beds in each room. There is also a sleeper sofa located in the living room.

4. MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY: Stays of less than 5 nights subject to one time clean fee.

5. DEPOSITS AND FEES: Deposit: $250.00 with Reservation Confirmation. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

6. TAXES: sales and occupancy : 13% ( Subject to change ).

7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: Up to 30 days prior to arrival: $250. Within 30 days: full reservation.

8. PARKING : 2 parking spaces. There is a resort/neighborhood parking restrictions for trucks, campers, boat, trailers, etc.

9. NON-SMOKING – all properties are smoke free.

10. NO PETS, Sorry.

10. BARBECUE GRILLS: Outdoor grilling is permitted only in designated areas. Grilling on pool decks, balconies, or screened porches is prohibited by law.

12. POOL HEATING AND SAFETY: Guests acknowledge that lifeguards are not provided. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves, their children, and their guests. Pools are for the use of property residents and guests only. There is an extra charge for the heating of the pools and MUST be requested and pre-paid prior to arrival. Pool heat cost is $35 per day with a 5 days minimum charge ).

13. GUEST SERVICES AND ATTRACTIONS TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT OUR OFFICE.

14. CAR RENTAL: We also provide car rentals service; from economy size car to the family mini van, at discounted prices. All taxes, surcharges, optional insurance and additional fees are paid by the renter directly to the rental car agency at time of pickup. Please inquire about airport pick up times and location.
