Conditions
Optional pool heating is charged at £85 per week, however at certain times of the year we may include it in the price. All prices are inclusive of telephone calls (including international) taxes and cleaning.
When booking we require a deposit of £100 per week with the balance being payable 8 weeks before departure. We also charge a £200 securiry deposit which is fully refundable.

The holiday is over too fast, it seems to go quicker each time we go to Kissimmee. Congratulations on a superb villa, you seem to have got it spot on. The villa is set out very well for a 4 bedroom with 3 bathrooms situated as they are. The decor was lovely too, some seem to go over the top and others are a bit basic. Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed out stay in your lovely villa. It was like a we experienced a litttle bit of heaven. The weather was glorious and we loved out 'rest' days which we spent lazing by the pool. The kids were kept occupied in the games room, on the Playstation or splashing about in the pool.
