The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
The Villa is close to Orlando International Airport (15 Mins) and Sandford Airport (45mins) Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal are just 30 minutes away. Kennedy Space Centre and the East Coast beaches of Daytona and Coccoa beach are just one hour away. the West Gulf Coast beaches of Clearwater and Tampa are under two hours away and well worth a visit. If golf is your passion Central Florida and the Orlando area can only be termed a golfers' paradise. Play locally on the beautifully designed courses at a fraction of the price to that of the UK. Shopping in Florida is unbelievably cheap and the surrounding area is littered with large Outlet and Shopping Malls, all of which offer remarkable value for money.
Kissimmee area
Literally half a mile from the Villa you will find a shopping centre with large supermarket, post office, bank and variety of shops, together with many eating places such as KFC, Taco Bell, Subway, Pizza Hut, Checkers, Dunkin Doughnuts and a couple of chinese take-aways. A mile further on you will find a massive Wal-Mart superstore and a McDonalds outlet. A new shopping Mall, called the Loop, has recently sprung up and still expanding. Here you will find some really good restaurants unless of course you find yourself in downtown Kissimmee where there is an abundance of restaurants offering every cuisine imaginable and fantastic value.

Further details indoors: The Villa is furnished and carpeted to a high standard offering you comfortable and homely living during your holiday.The main living area has three sofas' and a large dining area with access to the kitchen for your added convenience. The patio door gives direct access from the lounge and a wonderful view of the deck and pool area. The entire Villa if fully air-conditioned and has the added bonus of ceiling fans which are often pleasant to use at night when the air-conditioning may be too cool. There is a 27inch TV with full cable channels, DVD player with a selection of films and Hi-Fi system. The large fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast area and table seating for four. The utility room, which leads into the large double garage, is equipped with Washing machine, tumble dryer, Ironing board & Iron, an extra foldaway bed is stored here. The master bedroom has a large patio door which leads directly onto the pool deck area for that early morning dip or midnight swim in the floodlit pool. You will find a comfortable queen size bed, two fitted wardrobes, dressing table and 20inch remote cable TV. The en-suite area has a large walk in shower, separate WC, multi lit vanity basin washing area, hair dryer and Security safe deposit box below. The two further bedrooms, each with twin beds have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, remote cable TV & DVD player in each. Situated at the end of the hallway is a full fitted lined cupboard stocked with extra bedding, additional pillows and towels. You will also find a selection of games for all ages in here if required.
Further details outdoors: The pool measures 30ft by 18ft at its widest. For the summer use the pool is continually solar heated. For those slightly cooler months(October - May) the pool can be electrically heated for an additional charge of £50.00 per week. The pool deck has a range of patio furniture with table, chairs, sun parasol, soft easy chairs and of course comfortable sun beds. The pool is south facing and therefore has the benefit of the sun for the majority of the day, well into the late afternoon. The pool and deck are full enclosed with screening protecting you from the Florida bugs and the entire area is surrounded by mature shrubs and bushes keeping the pool very private and secluded.
