It is three minutes to a 24 hour grocery, restaurants, and stores.
There are two master bedrooms. The first is a king-size, en-suite with large Roman tub, single vanity, stand-up shower, and huge walk-in closet. The second master has a queen-size bed and large closet. There are three additional bedrooms. two have twin beds and large closets and the third has a double bed. There is a third full bathroom in between the double and twin bedrooms. The shower bathroom can be found opposite the other twin bedroom downstairs. Every bedroom has a television, one has a play station and another a DVD

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
This Luxury villa is situated within a safe gated community. Don't forget about all of the amenities Emerald Island has to offer you! They include a community pool, Internet cafe, fitness room, sauna, hot tub, sand volleyball, along with walking and hiking trails.
The 192 , Interstate HW 4, Gaylords Hotel and Celerbrate aveune are all only a few minutes drive as is the local public supermarket, just across the 192.

Our Villa is located 1 mile off of the 192 and only 3 miles from Animal kingdom In a Gated Resort called Emerald Island. This complex was completed in 2007 and all the amenities are all New including a large pool and club house with gym and bar. 24 hr security is in operation and at the front gates, this allows a safe and complete freedom for all the family & child to explore the play areas, parks and lakes at your lesiure within the resort .
How to get there
Nearest Area Port either Orlando or Sanford airports. All major airlines go to Florida.
Drive to Kissmere and our villa is loacted a few minutes off the junction of the I4 & 192 .
Car hire is easy & availible from the airports, or a taxis can be taken to the resort.

The kids will love it too! We have made it very family-friendly. You will find a large TV, VCR/DVD, stereo in the family room. We also have a game room which includes football, ping pong, and air hockey. A portable crib (cot) and high chair are available for your use free of charge.
The Disney facing swimming pool, good for night time fireworks viewing, is right out the sliding door. There is also a child safety fence around the pool for additional security.
