This well appointed 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom Townhouse with private pool is located in the very popular gated community of Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.

This property has its own private screened pool, with access from the family room and also has a large sun deck area surrounded by woodland. For your convenience a Queen bedroom is located on the ground floor and the Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 Twin Bedrooms are located on the first floor.

This home provides easy access to Disney World theme parks, and local shops and restaurants on Highway 192, Kissimmee. Free Internet access is available in the home.

The Resort Clubhouse has its own large heated community swimming pool, sauna, spa fitness center, Cyber Cafe with Internet access, basketball courts, billiard room, a children's playground, - all available for guest use.

Terra Verde Resort is in an excellent location, only 15 minutes East of Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Terra Verde Resort is also close to SeaWorld, Universal Studio and the many attractions and restaurants and bars on the I-192.

Popular Shopping Malls and factory Outlets are just a short drive away. Situated on Poinciana Boulevard, three miles south of the I-192, the distinctive and beautiful rock of Terra Verde welcomes you as you enter the popular resort.

Community Access:

At the moment of your arrival please register your cars and request the access card at the clubhouse reception, if you arrive late night don't forget to do it the next morning. Please keep in mind there is a small fee for that ($10).

Pool heating service:

The pool can be heated for $35 per night, minimum 3 nights. We recommend that you apply at least 48 hours before the check-in - the water can take up to 12 hours to fully warm up and pool heater will be working during the day light. Please note that services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. Low pool level can also occur due to evaporation or some other reason. We will do everything in our end to correct any issues with faulty equipment as quickly as possible.

REMARK: Under these circumstances it is not possible to refund part or all the pool heating charge and your understanding of this is important when ordering pool heating. So let us know if you would like it and I will send you a money request through the platform.

BBQ/Grill service:

A BBQ grill can be rented for an additional fee (this includes delivery, propane and utensils). Please include this request in your booking inquiry to plan accordingly. Prices range from $******* per week depending on size of grill.

Prices are negotiable for longer term rentals.

A security deposit will be required prior to the check-in.

4 Bedroom Villa with a Private Pool in Terra Verde Resort

This Amazing 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa with South-facing private pool is located in the very popular gated community of Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.

On the ground floor is the modern family room with comfy sofas as well as a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the family room is a formal dining area seating six people with a door leading out to the pool deck. Next to the open-plan dining area is a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar with two bar stools.

For your convenience a Queen bedroom is located on the main floor with a full bathroom next to it. The Master bedroom with it's own en-suite bathroom is on the second floor. Next to the Master Bedroom there are two twin bedrooms and a hall bathroom.

This condo has a Conservation view with an outdoor dining table with an umbrella seating four people. In addition there are two sun loungers and chairs for the whole family to relax.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
