A luxurious, spacious villa with private pool, situated close to the main attractions of Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and more with plenty of features and amenities to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing as well as lots of fun! Just 10 - 15 minutes from Disney, my villa is the ideal base for your Disney and theme park holiday. With plenty of personal space, a screened 23' heated private (not overlooked) swimming pool (heating optional) a fully equipped kitchen, cable TVs, PlayStation 2 to entertain the children, and free wireless internet to keep you in touch with family and friends at home. My villa is located 1 minute drive away from a 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercentre, and just as close to the US192 highway for dining and other fun activities.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Say "Orlando" and most people will follow it with "Disney World". However, Central Florida offers so much more than just Walt Disney World - it's like an onion; peel off some of the outer layers and you'll find much more beneath.

As far as theme parks go, Central Florida has them all! Walt Disney World (including The Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and more), Sea World, Universal Studios and many others are enough to keep kids of all ages happy and entertained.

Just one park holds enough to keep the whole family busy from early morning right through till nightfall when many parks have a laser, firework and light show spectacular of some description. "Fantasmic" at Disney's MGM Studio's is one of the best - absolutely unmissable and absolutely unlike anything you've ever seen before.

Other parks such as Sea World offer a slightly more relaxed and informative angle on the theme park scene, but there's still lots to keep all ages entertained. Don't miss out on a chance to feed dolphins and make sure you see “Believe” the new Shamu Killer Whale show - definitely a highlight!

When you're not in the theme park mood, Kissimmee and the surrounding area offer much more to do. There's shopping malls galore for retail therapy, Kissimmee Old Town for old town fun, traditional and souvenir shopping (and don’t forget to check out the flea markets for your bargains!). There's the now famous Gatorland, crazy golf on a truly gargantuan scale, and many more small scale attractions and events.

Venture away from Kissimmee slightly and a whole new area opens up, that can be missed completely by people preoccupied with Mickey Mouse. Winter Park, a few miles north of Downtown Orlando is well worth a visit for a quiet, relaxing stroll along cobblestone streets, art galleries and boutiques. See wild manatees at Blue Spring State Park, or visit the expansive Ocala National Forest, a beautiful, scenic contrast to the concrete and plastic jungles. Alligators swim free through clear natural springs, and gingerbread townships full of down-to-earth real Americans show what Central Florida really is.

Kissimmee / Indian Point area

Indian Point is a quiet, safe subdivision of single story family homes. It's just a 60 second drive to Wal-Mart (ideal for literally ALL of your shopping needs), which is located on the US 192, the main strip for diners, restaurants (TGI Fridays, Macaroni Grill, The Olive Garden to name but a few), bars, flea markets and strangely, some incredible Crazy Golf courses. There's a community tennis court in walking distance which you are welcome to use (two racquets and balls are in the house so there's no excuse).

An easy 20-30 minute drive from the international airport - easy to find even at night!

My villa was recently refurbished and fitted with top quality furniture, and is maintained to a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to rustle up a feast, if you're not in the mood to eat out at one of the many wonderful local restaurants. There's a selection of movies on DVD, Playstation2 games to keep the kids entertained, board games for family fun. Cable TV with more than 70 channels is great for an easy, relaxing day or night in, or perhaps some music and a glass of wine in the evening? Free high speed wireless internet will keep you in touch with friends and family at home (computer not provided).

Further details outdoors:
The south facing pool is screened (to keep out the bugs), and completely private - not overlooked at all. The pool heating makes it pleasant to take a dip at any time of year, and there's a table with sun umbrella and 6 chairs/loungers around the pool making it ideal for lunch in the sun or a drink in the evening warmth. Double garage and a large driveway offer easy and secure parking. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with no main roads nearby, so you won't be disturbed by continuous heavy traffic passing by.

Uniquely amongst vacation rental villa owners, I work in the US tourism and hospitality business, and so I understand the needs and desires of holiday-makers, and along with my professional management company we do everything we can to offer you the very best in welcome, accommodation and service for your stay.

Conditions

Minimum stay 5 nights. Pool heating minimum 5 days.
A deposit of $185 per week (or part thereof) is required to confirm your booking. Dates can NOT be guaranteed without this. Final balance is due at least 8 weeks before your arrival at the property.
A $275 security deposit is taken at the time of paying the final balance, and subject to a successful post-departure inspection, this will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure.
