A spacious villa located in the private community of Lake Berkley which is just 10 minutes from the Disney theme parks. This tranquil resort offers peace and quiet after a busy day but is just a few minutes drive from highway 192 with its famous attractions and restaurants. Additionally there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart close by offering convenient and very cheap shopping. An ideal location for a perfect Orlando holiday. The villa is comfortably furnished and has everything a large family or two may need. The villa is toddler friendly and has a cot and highchair available for young children. The living area is very spacious and includes a large screen TV with DVD and approx 100+ TV channels for viewing. The kitchen is fully fitted and has plastic cups and plates etc for children. There are two dining areas, one formal and one informal. The villa offers 5 bedrooms : master bedroom with en suite, two further double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. All bed linen and towels are provided together with separate pool towels for your convenience. All rooms have built in wardrobes. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer together with an iron and ironing board. There is a private pool area with ample decking furniture to enjoy. The pool can be heated for an additional cost of £60 per week. There is a phone for your use with free international calls. Full air conditioned throughout. We employ the services of a local English management company who will be able to assist you with any problems you may have during your stay at our villa - they are on call 24/7.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
There is something for everyone in Orlando. All the theme parks for fun packed days. Beautiful beaches with miles of unspoilt views. Lots of reduced price shopping. Glorious all year round weather. Perfect !!
Kissimmee / Lake Berkley area
Other than the well known theme parks there are a whole variety of other great days out -
Daytona raceway and beach. Cocoa beach . Sarasota which is one of many beautiful idylic locations with long welcoming beaches and individual shops. Airboat rides through the Everglades. Helicopter tours over Disney ! Cape Canaveral. ...................... plus many more
For the Golfer !! -
There are five 18 hole courses within the Disney resort plus a nine hole course. Outside of Disney, there are 93 courses in Greater Orlando ! The Orlando area is best known for Disney World, but not for the golfer! He’s got a “Golf World “ to tackle. The conditions are near perfect all year around for golfing. The temperatures, climate and terrain have formed a natural location for courses to be developed. Therefore, developers have “swamped” the state with good courses for the golfer’s pleasure. The whole area around the Orlando attractions has a glut of good courses. Check out the information and compare before you commit to only one course! If you’re on a budget you will find one to suit your needs.
How to get there
Just half an hour's drive from Orlando International airport.
Car hire is readily available from Airport including amongst others Dollar, Hertz, Avis. Airport porters are available to assist you with your luggage and provide some welcome info on the weather - sun sun sun !!
Kissimmee is well signposted from Airport.

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
Refundable £150 security deposit required with final balance payment - this will be refunded to you within two weeks of your departure date following the management company's departure check of the property. Incidental damages will not be charged.
Check out times are 10am. However, as a family we realise how inconvenient it can sometimes be to have to vacate your holiday home by 10am. It may therefore be possible to organise a later check out time - please ask if this is something you require.
Pool heat is extra and costs £60 per week. Typically pool heat is required from approx Oct through to April although this can change due to weather climates.
We are able to accept payments by cheque, debit/credit card via Paypal ( Paypal fees of 3.4% + 20p will be added to your invoice total)
