A 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa in the delightful Bella Vida Resort, Kissimmee Orlando Florida. The villa is newly built and has a large 26' private swimming pool along with a 6' round raised private jacuzzi. The villa ia furnished in a modern decor and is very much suited to couples and family's with small children.
Bella Vida Resort is a beautifully designed gated community featuring a Clubhouse covering more than 6,700 square feet. Guests can avail of the the full services that the Clubhouse has to offer including a community pool, cyber café, gymarcade, basketball courts and volleyball nets, television room, walking trails, picnic area, tot lot playground, 15 acres of lakes and Italian gardens.
Bella Vida is approximately five miles from Walt Disney World, and is only minutes away from other local attractions such as Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove. There are a number of local restaurants on US 192, and the Medieval Times dinner theatre is located directly in front of Bellavida.
For the beach lovers, Bella Vida is a short drive from Florida’s Gulf Coast. A one hour drive west on I-4 will bring you to the Tampa-St. Petersburg metropolitan area, which is only minutes away from the white powdery sands of Clearwater Beach and other seaside resorts.
