Check-in is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, but guests arriving earlier may make use of the Clubhouse facilities until the apartment is available. Check-out is by 10.00am on day of departure, however a later check-out may be requested via the Clubhouse Reception, an additional fee may be payable directly to them for this service.
CLEANING – the apartment is cleaned thoroughly by Integra Resort Management at the end of each stay.
If you are staying for longer periods of time the apartment can be cleaned at your request via the Cubhouse reception, there would be an additional charge for this.

We were very impressed with the resort and the condo. Everything was excellent with no problems or complaints at all.
The condo was very spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy and convenient for the car parking being on the ground floor.
The facilities at the resort were great. We used the pool and the hot tub nearly every morning.
We normally stay in villas but I think this suited us better as there is just the four of us and a villa can sometimes feel too big.
We would definitely stay there again in the future and will recommend it to family and friends. I will keep your details and keep in touch.
Taking everything into account I think its the best accommodation we have had in all eight visits to Florida over the last eleven years.

That's how i can describe my experience at this Resort: Great resort, very friendly helpful staff and excellent location! No complaints. Highly recommended!
Excellent stay at new property (opened in September) while enjoying Universal Studios. Stayed four nights. 2-bedroom was about 1400 sf and has large kitchen and dining room. Three nice TVs with about 20 channels and free in-room Internet. Very clean, nice bathrooms and ample closets (The bedroom has a closet big enough for a bed).
