The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Sunshine all year round Laguna Bay Villas are a wonderful location for a great holiday. With car hire you can also visit places further afield such as Kennedy Space Centre and east coast beaches or travel west to Busch Gardens and onto the west coast of Florida. Obviously the main attractions and places of interest are the theme parks.
Kissimmee area
The situation of Laguna Bay Villas means it is easy and hassle free to reach the tourist attractions of the area. Full details are available on Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios), Universal Studios, Island of Adventures, Seaworld, Wet & Wild, Cypress Gardens, Busch Gardens, Gulf Coast, Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, etc.
Besides the major theme parks to visit there are other activities in the near by area. These include swimming, walking, tennis, softball, golf, fishing, cycling, exercise gym, shopping, flea market, entertainment, hot tub, etc. A ring binder folder in condo gives an indication of the many varied activities around surrounding area. On Saturday night go to Kissimmee Old Town beside marker 9, on the US192 (where the large wheel is located) and see the vintage/antique cars on parade around 8pm.
Just up the road there is TGI Fridays, Perkins, Ponderosa, Shells Seafood, Outback Steakhouse, Uno, Chillis Rest., etc
Golf courses are easily accessible in the vicinity for golfers and non-golfers! (enquire for full details). Some examples; Celebration, Falcon's Fire, Kissimmee, Hawks Landing, Orange County, Grand Cypress, The Oaks, Hunter's Creek, Buena Ventura, Champions Gate and many more!

From Orlando International Airport it's less than 30 minutes to Laguna Bay Villas, and less than 1 hour from Sanford International Airport.

Further details indoors: There are 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6), master with Queen size bed, ceiling fan and en-suite, second bedroom with Queen size bed while third has twin beds and a sofa bed in living area (2 further guests - max 8 guests). Both the en-suite and main bathroom have hair-dryers for use. There is cable T.V and videos in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Linen and towels are provided.
The spacious living / dining room features a lovely arched bay window and includes cable T.V, video player, cd player, audio tape player, radio and cooling fan. You can rent videos and playstations from the clubhouse overnight to keep you entertained. There are two sofas (one of them a sofa-bed for 2) that provide seating for 8. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 6. There is also a high chair for younger infants. A fax machine and photo printer are at desk workstation for use if desired.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven + hob, microwave, dish washer, kettle, toaster and usual kitchen gadgets. Washing machine and clothes dryer are in hallway large open cupboard. There is also a telephone in the kitchen.
A lockable safe is provided for your valuables in the bedroom and its key is in the condo, upon your arrival.
Further details outdoors: Adjacent to the villa, the swimming pool & jacuzzi tub, is the clubhouse open that provides various amenities. At the clubhouse there is a cafe/bar, games room and kids arcade. There is also an exercise room and sauna in the clubhouse. Barbecues and seating are also available for use adjacent to the swimming pool.
In the lockable door cupboard at the condo at entrance door there are swimming pool floats, lilos, beach balls, pair of tennis racquets and balls etc and BBQ stuff.
