Harmony Haven is an executive vacation home that has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, games room, fully screened in swimming pool, spa, and lanai. This fully air-conditioned vacation home is located less than 2 miles from Disney in Windsor Hills, a resort-style community.

With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the Windsor Hills resort and club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this Orlando vacation home. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The popular club house at Windsor Hills provides the perfect place to sit around the resort lagoon pool, kids fountain play area, slides, water jets, spa pool and hot-tub - and sun yourself as you meet other guests and families. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play pool or ping-pong in the club house. There's an on-site private cinema for guests that has regular showings of popular and recent family friendly movie releases. Outside of the club house, you'll find picnic and barbecue stands, and a kids tot-lot. There's even a sundry shop in the club house if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack. A little ways in to Windsor Hills you will find a fabulous "Castle" play area for the kids - that they'll want to return to again and again.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Orlando is the world's vacation capital and our Villa is just 2 miles from the Disney Parks. The villa is also conviently located for other major attractions such as Universal Studios, Seaworld, etc.

The area is served by Orlando International Airport (30 mins from the Villa) and Sandford International (mainly for charter flights).

The climate is hot all year round but with the add humidity summer temperatures often exceed 100F but our villa is air conditioned, as are cars and shops. The hurricane season is from June to November. The temperatures between October and March are cooler (80F +) but the lower humidity gives a more pleasant feel to the climate.

Kissimmee / Windsor Hills Resort area

Windsor Hills is the closest gated community to Disney (2 miles) and has a luxurious Club house. In addition to the large swimming pools, water slides, the complex has its own cinema, gym, games room, tennis and volleyball courts and putting area. There are also a number of large children's play areas around the site.

We are close to the main roads (Interstate 4, Highway 192 etc) and this allows the other parks, Universal, Seaworld etc to be reached by a short drive. The main shopping malls at International drive and Premium Mall outlets are all close by.

Within a 10 mile radius are some of Orlando's best know golf courses including Champions Gate, Orange County National

This 1,816 sq. ft., fully air conditioned has lots of living space and luxury furnishings. The executive family room is ideal for watching your favourite shows on the 52-inch screen cable TV with DVD. Just sit down and relax on the sumptuous leather sofas, with side tables and lamps in this great family room. The luxury dining area caters for uo to 8 guests for a more formal dining experience. There's a well equipped kitchen with adjoining nook and breakfast bar. A large kitchen nook allows family breakfasts/meals, while the vaulted ceilings throughout, together with the upgraded ceramic tile floors add to the luxury feel.

A private games room has been added, and this room has fun for all ages. There is a colourful children's area comprising TV, PlayStation, and an adjoining table for board games etc. For the older children and adults there's a pool table, air-hockey table and stereo system for "chilling out" after a long day in the theme parks.

Sleeping accommodation at Harmony Haven includes two master bedroom suites. The first master contains a King-size leather-fronted bed and overlooks the pool. It has its own en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, cable TV, nightstands with lamps and clock radio, and is furnished to a high standard. The second master has a 4-post queen-size bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. Again, the furniture is of executive standard with cable TV, nightstands with lamps and clock radio having been added for your enjoyment.

The other 2 bedrooms are each perfect for the kids, with 2 twin beds in each, nightstand with lamp, dresser, cable TV, DVD, clock radios and adjacent bathrooms.

Further details outdoors:
The fully screened and private 14 x 28 foot pool(with optional heating), with an adjoining spa pool to relax in. A covered lanai provides shade and the option for al-fresco family meals together. The pool has a removable safety fence for added protection for young infants, and all doors leading on to the deck area have additional safety locks and alarms.

Access to the Villa is not before 4.00 pm on the day of arrival.

Guests are requested to vacate the villa by 10.00am.

Items removed from the property will be charged for.
