Our Villa 4 bed 3 bath luxury villa is located at Oak Island Cove, Formosa Gardens this is the nearest villa resort to Walt Disney World which is only 2 miles away. 20 mins walk onto the 192 for local amenities. If you are looking for a fun-packed villa that is loaded with home comforts then look no further. We have everything you need. Private south west facing pool/spa with landscaped gardens not overlooked, covered lanai with ceiling fan & tv . Plasma HDTV & DVD, over 300 cable channels including English Premiership Football, games room, playstation, wi-fi, fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans, cable TV in all rooms, pool toys, selection of dvd's, childrens books & games all for you to use, baby equipment. Sleeps 8. Location, Location, Location. We have 2 villas side by side and they are both the same floor plan and have the same amenities. Great for 2 large families holidaying together.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
Disney World is the most famous Orlando area attraction with Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot & Animal Kingdom but there are also two fantastic Disney water Parks (Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach) as well as Downtown Disney, with all its shops & restaurants. There is then Universal Studios & Universals Islands of Adventure close by as well as Sea World & Discovery Cove (where you can swim with the dolphins) that are just a few minutes away. For something different, there is Kennedy Space centre on the East coast where you might even see a shuttle launch, and then along the Coast there are some fantastic beaches including Cocoa Beach with the 24hr Ron Jon surf shop! From Jasmine Villa it's also easy to drive to the west (Gulf) coast, again to excellent beaches but also Tampa, where there is the Busch Gardens theme park.
With Florida known as the Sunshine State average daily temperatures are consistently over 20deg. C from April to November, with typical highs of over 30deg. C. from May to September inclusive.

Disneyworld is only 5 mins away, seaworld 15 mins away, Universal 20 mins aways,

Beaches on both coasts are 1 hours drive.
A theme park for all the family. Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and MGM Studios - as well as the great nightime venues of Downtown Disney and Disney's Boardwalk. Waterparks including Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon Adventure Island and Wet and Wild. The amazing Shamu at Seaworld and why not swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove. A little farther afield you will find the Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.
