Only 2 miles to Disney World, and only a short drive to SeaWorld, Universal Studios and all the other attractions that Orlando has to offer, this 6 bed/4 bath with pool Kissimmee vacation rental will fulfill your dreams as the perfect destination.

Our Windsor Hills property is truly five star accommodation with a large pool and spa, fully equipped games room, two living areas, two dining areas, two Master Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, custom paint colours with matching window treatments and luxury furnishings in every room, twin bedrooms decorated in Disney Themes for our young visitors, luxury linens and a 50“ HDTV Plasma screen and Home Theater System.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Florida is the ultimate holiday destination. You have the excitement and thrill of Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, Cypress Gardens; the nightlife of Downtown Disney, Universal's City Walk and central Orlando district, the dinner shows, cabarets, comedy clubs, restaurants and everything else that makes this area so unique.

With the average temperature in the 70's fahrenheit, you can play golf all the year round on one of the most golf orientated vacation destinations in the World, with many of award winning courses appearing in the top 50 golf courses in the USA.

Then you have the less publicized Florida, with amazing wildlife and scenery, the beaches along the Gulf Coast in the West and the Atlantic on the East coast. Our Kissimmee villa has 6 bedrooms and four bathrooms; Cable TV’s in every room with Fox Soccer Channel, FREE live Premiership Soccer, and BBC America; a Dell Computer and broadband wireless access should you have your own laptop; a fully fitted games room with a full size 8’ slate bed professional pool table, an 8’ Air Hockey Table with twin motors, and an electronic dartboard. There are also bar stools and a luxury couch for extra comfort in between games.

For our younger guests we can offer a baby crib, a Play n’ Pac, a high chair, an umbrella stroller, a Graco stroller that also holds an infant travel seat, not to mention an array of cuddly toys and games to keep our young guests amused during their stay. These items are provided for the convenience of our guests free of charge.

The property also boasts a magnificent south facing, privacy screened, covered lanai area with pool and spa where you can enjoy the sun all day on the sun loungers and reclining deck chairs. This is the ideal place to relax with your cocktail after a full day’s excitement as Mickey Mouse’s guests at Disney World.

A stainless steel gas BBQ grill with side burners is also on hand to cook up the steaks without disturbing your sunbathing. If you have young children, you can feel safe in the knowledge that they are protected from the pool by a security fence so they can never enter the pool area unattended.
