The improved Route 429 to Disney runs close to the Resort and provides a quick traffic free journey to the Disney theme park. From the UK British Airways and Virgin Atlantic have direct flights into Orlando International Airport.
Most major US airlines e.g. Contiential, American Airlines, Delta Airlines also have flights into Orlando International airport. Sanford International Airport is approx. 45 mins away and is used by many of the UK Tour companies. Dollar, Alamo, Herts, Avis have car hire desks within the Orlando, Sanford and Miami Airports.
Taxi-cabs are available for hire from Orlando and Sanford airports to the town home - journey time 35-45 minutes Alternatively fly into Miami International Airport. 3.5 hours drive - Florida Turnpike to Windsor Palms Resort - US192 Highway West - Formosa Gardens Boulevard junction.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in your lovely Townhouse at Windsor palms. Your home is ideal for retired persons and we believe your home is located in the best part of the Windsor Palms complex. This was our third visit and I hope you will pencil us in for next year too. As usual everything was just as it should be comfortable clean and well equipped. It is nice to stay in and cook from time to time and your extensive range of kitchen implements allows for this.
