Further details indoors: Sleeping: The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cot, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
Entertainment : The villa has television video, dvd, cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls (charges apply).
Eating & Living: There is room for 8 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
Lounge/Kitchen: The interior has a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space and all the home comforts to ensure an enjoyable stay, it includes a ceiling fan and a child's high-chair.
Our large open-plan lounge/diner has a cathedral style ceiling and a family dining table. Entertainment includes: Cable TV, DVD player, Video and Hi-Fi with CD player. A telephone is provided (charges apply).
The kitchen has every modern convenience including cooker, fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. etc. A washing machine and dryer are located in a specially designed area and an iron and ironing board are provided.
Bedrooms: The Master bedroom is spacious with two walk in wardrobes, patio doors leading onto the pool deck, there is also a ceiling fan. There is a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, corner bath and his and hers sinks.
The Double bedroom has its own bathroom. The Twin rooms have a connecting Jack and Jill bathroom.
General: Our home is looked after by a local Management Company who are available 24 hours a day to help with any problems you might encounter.
Our attractive screened pool is approx. 27' x 12' and can be lit at night to make the most of those warm evenings. You can sit and relax in the shade of the Lanai (which has the added benefit of a ceiling fan), or sunbathe on the large screened pool deck. The pool deck is also equipped with a ½ bathroom and a shower. The pool is serviced weekly to ensure it's kept in pristine condition. Pool heating is an optional extra - this isn't generally needed for most of the year but is available if required. The property is fully air conditioned / centrally heated.
As you would expect with a name like Cumbrian Lakes, there are several lakes, one is lit up in the evening and a gentle fountain plays in the centre. A paved nature trail surrounds the lake where you can enjoy a walk, bike ride or jogging. A communal tot lot is provided for the entertainment of the little ones and there is plenty of open space to enjoy a picnic or a ball game. For nature lovers, the sparkling lakes are often visited by osprey, crane and blue heron and the occasional American bald eagle can be seen flying overhead.
Within 5 minutes drive from your door, you will find a huge selection of restaurants including: Perkins, Denny’s, TGI Friday, Coney Island, Chinese Buffet, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and numerous Italian restaurants as well as a 24 hour Wal-mart.

Pool heating will be charged at an additional £80.00 per week, upon booking a £100.00 deposit will be required (payment can be made via nochex.com, personal cheque, inter-account transfer, paypal or cash - at your own risk!). The balance will be due 6 weeks before departure, a fully refundable security deposit of £150.00 will also be required and will be refunded as soon as a post-departure inspection has been carried out.
